I went to the Whitehaven shop for work shoes today. The shop assistant Debbie was fantastic! The whole experience was really pleasant and she helped me try on lots of different shoes to get the ones that fit just right. 10/10 would recommend!

Had excellent customer service from Clarks store at Whitehaven from Lesley, Debbie and Ava.
Very friendly staff and helpful.
This is my 3rd visit in last few weeks to make a purchase.

The staff at Clarks Whitehaven are so lovely and helpful.
My daughter got her first shoe's today and they are so helpful and kind. Always a pleasure shopping in there. This is our 8th baby who has been to Clarks for my first shoe's.

A really nice experience. On holiday my friend and I visited Whitehaven. Saw Clarks and went in. Debbie and Lynne were so lovely, helpful, pleasant, couldn't do enough for myself and my friend. Two fabulous ladies. We each bought a pair of shoes, well me trainers. Mine in the sale and what a great sale. Thank you to both Debbie and Lynne for such a nice experience in Clarks. I hope your bosses appreciate your worth.

Jackie & Leslie from the Whitehaven branch provided a top class service today. They are both so wonderful with my children even when they are playing up. They took there time today and engaged so well with my daughter who was trying different shoes on. Really appreciate it, thank you

The woman who measured my son for new walking shoes was so patient and lovely she was also very professional and made me feel comfortable highly recommend Clarks at whitehaven cumbria.

The Whitehaven staff are amazing. They're so helpful and supportive, especially with my child who has sensory needs. (Georgie in particular was amazing and needs a shout out for being so clued up on autism).
I went into store again today and the manager (sorry I can't remember her name) was superb. She took time to find the correct boots that would fit my dodgy feet.....I have quite large insoles and I honestly didn't think I'd be able to find a pair of boots that would be suitable for them. She was very patient, listened to my needs, the style I liked and she eventually found a pair! I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
All the staff went out of their way to help, smile, chat and I can honestly say that Whitehaven Clarks staff go above and beyond what is expected.
I'd highly recommend them, especially if you have dodgy feet like mine or for anyone with sensory/additional needs.
100% well done!
