My kitchen was “finished” in July, but I’ve been waiting ever since for the company to return and address the many faults left after installation. They only came back once to deal with an issue on the worksurface — but actually made it worse. Since then, despite repeated promises, nothing has been resolved, and their response has been little more than emails to delay action.

I repeatedly warned the company that the longer they delayed coming back, the more damage would be caused. As predicted, a door fell off yesterday — something I had told them was likely to happen if they failed to act.

They have now promised to attend next week. I am treating this as their final opportunity to do so and to rectify the outstanding issues. If they attend as promised and put things right, I will update this review. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the courts.

Update:
Since posting this review over a week ago, the company has not been back in touch to resolve the issues. However, within minutes of the review going live, the business changed its name from Classic Kitchens Cornwall to SW Furniture Supplies Ltd.

I would encourage anyone considering using them to carry out a quick check on Companies House, where the company history and directorships of this company and importantly it's staff are publicly available. Based on my experience, I would advise proceeding with caution.

We were quoted a huge amount from other providers for replacing just our kitchen doors and plinths. I thought I would try one more company and found Classic Kitchens Cornwall on Facebook. I message Stephen and told him my budget. He came and measured up the next day and quoted a fraction of the price of these big TV companies. The job was completed , and the results are beautiful . Stephen makes sure everything is completed perfectly and made sure I was happy every step of the was. Professional, tidy and great company. Would highly recommend

I have just used classic kitchens to do a makeover of my kitchen. They changed my doors cornice plinth and worktops. The quality of the kitchen was fantastic and I love my worktop which they especially found for me. I couldn’t fault the services or my kitchen. Denim Blue is now my favourite colour. They took the time i needed to design and choose my Kitchen. They installation was super smooth and i was surprised how clean everything was kept.
