The people running it have been doing this work much longer. Jon Call is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the U.S. Treasury, and an NTPI Fellow. He has represented distressed taxpayers for more than a decade (Enrolled Agent since 2012). Matthew Wildes is a Minnesota tax attorney and CPA. Matt previously worked at the IRS in St. Paul while finishing law school, so he has seen both sides of the desk. We take over IRS communications after you hire us.
