Their clothes are beautiful and look as good as new, wash after wash. There are so many beautiful designs to choose from.

The products are great but the delivery times are just awful! When most places can deliver next day Claybear have taken 6 days just to dispatch an order…..just terrible.

I’ve been shopping with ClayBear for over 2 years now and I love the products. I just found them randomly and I’m so glad I did the clothes are really different and people are always asking me how pretty my daughter looks and where I got her clothes from such lovely prints and helping support a family run business is lovely too.

I adore Claybear clothes, I get excited to see new prints, friendly customer service who interact with their customers. I love the pre orders and the special discounts. I'm obsessed with the bodysuits, I don't buy them anywhere else now, lost track of how many we have. The rompers are like magic, they outlast all other clothing, generous in size, wash really well and they look new after many washes and wears. I've also had leggings, summer wear, and pyjamas all great quality. I can't recommend this business enough! I'll be sad when my baby is too old to fit in Claybear anymore.

Over the last 6 months claybear have emptied my purse. We have purchased a variety of goods, and not one has disapointed. The quality is outstanding. The products wash beautifully, dont bobble and just stay in mint condition. Our favourite is the ribbed sleepsuits, easy to change baby, nice and thick and generous fit, and very soft. Customer service is also great. I have sent a couple of emails, the response is usally the same day.

Probably one of the best small businesses I’ve ever come across!

We have been shopping at Claybear for the past 2.5/3 years after being gifted a romper after my daughter was born.

We have had lots of different prints and products over the years, and with two very feral toddlers and me as a terrible washer I will admit their clothes have yet to fail us! They fit for a long time, starting bagging when the child is entering that size group and then starts to fit more tightly as they grow meaning in spending less money throughout the months.. my daughter is wearing the same leggings we purchase and have worn since sept of 2023 at their last warehouse sale to this day!

I’ve thankfully never had any issues so I can’t comment on customer service but I’ve always been greeted with a smile when entering to collect my purchases.

After spending a considerable amount of money over the years on claybear clothing and there products I have come to the conclusion that they will no longer recieve a penny of my money. I fell in love with claybear due to the lovely prints and great quality, I am really disappointed in the way the company has gone down hill. The designs are repetitive, the customer service is shocking and can be rude and abrupt, the sizing has become inconsistent, the quality of the fabric is also inconsistent. Not all products are made in the UK as
claimed. I was sad to learn that some of the products sold are shockingly sourced from well know cheap Chinese sources. This is a regular discussion between claybear fans. One of these collections is the palma collection. If you do a image reverse the stock will come up. The products are no longer handmade. They claim that there subscription is exclusive when this is not the case. The prints are widely available with other small handmade business and have been available for months prior to claybear stocking them. The prints are repetitive and have even been stocked at the sale for £6 prior to being released and then sold on to subscribers for £18. Your also not aloud an opinion or discussion about there services or products without them having outbursts on social media. They behave in a very unprofessional manner. I would avoid this company as there are so many nice small business handmade businesses out there were the clothes are a much high quality, they are handmade in the UK and service is professional and kind.

I've recently had two orders with Claybear and the customer service has been amazing.

Order 1 was two pairs of dungarees, one in the general shop and one was a subscription. Somehow they were tracked as the same parcel but when I only received one my email was responded to the next day explaining exactly where pair 2 was and when I could expect them.

I then ordered some t-shirts and they have arrived looking lovely.

The quality of all of the items is phenomenal, not like the stuff you get in the shops at all. I've recommended them to so many people because we get stopped to often by people wanting to admire my wee boys clothes.
