The engineers were early, which is always a good sign in my book.
They were polite, efficient and very, very clean.

Chris arrived on time and completed transformed my oven ( not sure it was as clean as it is now when I first had it fitted)
He worked very cleanly and left no mess or chemical smells behind.

This is our second oven clean and once again it was great and I recommend the company.

Zero Lunch breaks.
Pay works out less than min wage.
6 day working week rotation following 5.
10-12hr shifts for same pay regardless of Finnish time.
No chemical training or prevention in line with legal requirements.
No training or care about chemical caustics in back of van.
Hands will get battered within a week with no adequate gloves provided.
Stingy on supplies.
No payslip.
Gets free labour as most don’t last a month.( employees have told me how 15+ had come and go since jan 2024 in oct 2024)
Expects you to buy & clean your own cleaning cloths.
You have to clean 3 ovens per day no matter the state or time you will Finnish.
You have to upsell and get Facebook reviews or you will be highlighted and pressured.
Cleaner ovens will penalise and deduct wages if an employee breaks a customer oven.
Cleaner ovens management takes pics of you & your van when picking up
Supplies to post in employee WhatsApp group to either praise you or ridicule you depending on cleanness.

I say an advert on Instagram having sought someone to clean ovens for a while. Martin the engineer called in March where he did a fantastic job - Truly outstanding - he suggested I signed up for regular cleaning which I did and have now received my second visit. Again I am absolutely delighted - Martin is like having a family member in the house and he went over and above to make me delighted with the service.
