Excellent customer service and very fast shipping!

I reached out to the Clean Freak Team with some questions as we were moving from a truck mounted unit to a much smaller portable unit. I got a hold of Lucas and he answered all my questions. He was super patient as we made decisions and even waited a few months. The team was great, payment was easy, and highly recommend them!

I was unsure as to which walk behind floor scrubber to order, as it's for my house, which is all tiled flooring (2k sq. ft.), as I have dogs (didn't want scratched flooring), I emailed CleanFreak's Customer Service and what an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Lucas Woods was the Customer Service Rep., who immediately responded, answered my numerous questions, offered suggestions, and was ALWAYS prompt with an email. As such, I ordered the Trusted Clean Dura 18HD, as it made the most sense. Lucas Woods has an exceptional customer service skillset, and it's because of how quickly he responded and his expertise that I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH CLEANFREAK. I hope Lucas Woods' superiors recognize him, as Lucas is a unique find. As I'm a Realtor, I will highly recommend CleanFreak should any of my current clients, former clients, housecleaners, and friends ever need a walk behind floor scrubber, and it's because of my experience with Lucas Woods! I bought a scrubber used it about 3 times it stopped working. They had me call a manufacturer and they have had it for 3 months and have no idea how to fix it! When buying a commercial scrubber for commercial use you don’t look for it to stop working that soon nor for them to have no clue how to fix the machine

The items ordered arrived quickly and we'll packaged. There was a missing item, very small, but once they were notified it was missing, the new item was quickly shipped and arrived when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or order from them again.

Terrible experience with CleanFreak

It’s been 3 months since I bought a carpet cleaning machine from this company, and I still haven’t received it. What’s even worse, after such a long wait I requested a refund to my card, but they have refused to process it. Customer service is awful: they just keep changing the delivery date again and again, without offering a real solution.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Lack of professionalism, no responsibility, and very poor customer treatment.

Fast shipping. Had an item that was damaged from how it was packaged for shipping. I brought it to their attention. They responded right away and replaced the item. Very happy with their response and care.

The squeegees fit just right. The shipping information wasn't to good, it could have been a little better to let me know where it was and when it would arrive. But it did arrive fairly quick.
