I have bought from this company in the past and their service is fine. The only thing i take issue with are their product star ratings on their site.
I once purchased something that I wasn't that happy with and tried to write a review of the product on their site BUT because I wasn't giving the product review a high star rating they refused to publish my honest review.
With this in mind I'd treat their product 'reviews' with a pinch of salt. If I'm honest it makes them somewhat pointless really anyway.

There was a problem with one of the products in my order, the team sorted out the issue quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle, 5 star customer service.

Ordered a few time now from this company, and it will be my go to site from now on. Great prices, good verity, quick delivery, and items packed very well. Not had a problem. I don't know what there customer service is like as I havent needed them, but from what others say and from what I've heard, they have great customer service. 👍 definitely recommend.

I have used these guys a few times over the past month or so and they have been nothing but great and i have delivery within two working days and il be using them as my go too from now on 💯

Haven't received the products yet , purchased over £170 worth of goods and was surprised I had to then pay £12 extra for postage which was quoted as dpd 48hrs...most companies offer free delivery over £100 ......ordered Sunday night ...its now Thursday...no delivery as of yet

Delivered today ....my only issue is the postage charge ....when spending over 170 pounds I'd have thought that delivery would be free , I'm not joking you when I say I had an alloy delivered from England to ni for the same price as above....the other thing is I was offered one option only ie 48 hr but it took longer ....wouldn't annoy me only I paid for 48hr ....wrt to posting on multiple sites ....that other site is attached to the email you sent confirming the order ....im not an unreasonable person ....if id have rang you wouldn't have reimbursed the postage charge I'm sure ....thanks for the response ....im trying to delete the other review btw

Great Service and Products

Ordered some supplies just before Christmas and the courier didn't deliver for some reason. Gave the courier a call and as per usual no help. Guys at CYC rearranged the delivery the next day, no issues. Parcel arrived and unfortunately the main item was the wrong model.

They answered the phone straight away and the right one arrived the next day, no delays, no issues.

RMA label was sent out and returning the other item was minimal effort at my own time during Christmas.

Great customer service around a busy time in a pandemic!

Had lots of problems with DPD, and very patiently Lee from support stuck with me, even compensating for all the trouble DPD caused me. I also asked for extra packaging around the liquids and sure enough it was done really well. DAS pro buffer appears to be very nice quality also. I thought the prices were great, support great and the products shipped out fast. Will be happy to use them again.

What a great company, I had an issue with a voucher code not applying correctly so called up and it was sorted within a couple hours, with no fuss. So refreshing to actually experience good customer service, great selection of products too.

Just received delivery of my most recent order. Well packed and delivered, on time as usual. Great prices and service.

Realible and good service

Used this company a couple of times very recently, each time I have had to contact them for help on a delivery query and a duplicate order I placed (my mistake), each time the issue was quickly responded too and resolved. Helpful company will be my first go to company. Orders processed quickly with lots of delivery optiosn to suit everyone. Its so nice to post a positive review for a change.

1st time customer and purchased quite a few products, all of them great quality. Website is easy to navigate and find the information/relevant product right for the job.
Prices are very competitive and the delivery is very quick.
Another important factor is packaging. With all the challenges with surplus packaging it is reassuring that the delivery box was tough but also just the right size for the products inside.
