IF AN ACCOUNT HADN'T BEEN USED FOR 2 YEARS DUE TO THE PANDEMY, WHY MUST HAVE IT BEEN PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY DEACTIVED??.. WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVED, HOW COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT THIS ACCOUNT WILL FALL OUTSIDE OF THEIR unfair or prejudged treatment estranged RISK TRESHOLD ?.. HOW COULD THAT BE POSSIBLE??..
