Matthew was professional from initial contact to the day of the survey and the final paper report (via email) was comprehensive & well presented.

Throughout the process of buying another park home Matthew has been extremely helpful. His report was detailed and precise. His knowledge and advice have been invaluable.
He even gave me advice regarding problems with my buyer when my estate agents were only interested in getting the sale through and not caring about me as the vendor. He even offered to speak and give advice to the (high street) estate agent who admitted they knew nothing about park homes.
The sale of my house fell through and consequently I had to pull out of the one Matthew did the survey on but would have no hesitation in asking him to do another survey for me in the future.

When it comes to Park Home surveys, there are multiple companies out there. I had initially carried out my due diligence research on Clear View Park Home Services, carefully aligning to other firms that offer the service I was looking for as a pre-purchase report. I had called Matthew several times over prior to the process and was met by a timely response, by phone or email. After careful consideration, I decided to employ Clear View to undertake the Park Home Survey. The inspection window was adequate, bearing in mind that I’m located in the West Country and some drive from the company’s location. The actual date was agreed with the Estate Agent and myself with access being organized directly without any intervention by myself.
After the Survey was completed, I had a brief phone call from Matthew, essentially laying out the ‘nuts & bolts’ of the report, which gave me there and then a good foundation on whether I would continue with the purchase or not. I was given a guideline for the actual report to be compiled and sent out to me via email. Matthew had sent the report to me within the time stated.
The report was comprehensive and easy to read and understand. The imbedded photographs pointing out areas of interest or concern for follow up.
My experience of Clear View and Matthew was positive and exceeded my expectations at every opportunity. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
In conclusion, Matthew is a credit to his profession and the industry as a whole

Initial contact by telephone was excellent - friendly, helpful and informative discussion regarding survey, costs, etc. Survey was done on the date agreed and current occupant of the park home reported that surveyor came across as professional and friendly.
I can only assume that the survey done was thorough and accurate and good value for money.
My only criticisms are that I found it difficult to contact Matthew on a couple of occasions. There was no out of office message or opportunity to leave a message on the telephone or when trying to send an email. It turns out that he was away but for a few days I was very stressed by the fact that I couldn't contact him or anyone in his company and I began to wonder if his company and the survey were reliable.

My experience with firm who were recommended to me were exceptionally professional, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my request. I was provided with a lengthy surveyors report extremely quickly via email within hours of inspection I also received a telephone call discussing the report so that I was updated and in a position to make a decision due to my circumstances I would highly recommend clearview as their service was exemplary, from start to finish.
