Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at All Costs – Misleading & Zero Accountability
I strongly advise anyone considering CleverlyBox to think twice.
The platform is heavily misrepresented. What is promised during onboarding is simply not what you get. Performance is far below expectations, especially if you're operating at any serious scale. In our case (100,000+ subscribers across multiple domains), the system was completely inadequate.
The bigger issue is how they handle it. When confronted with clear performance failures, they refuse refunds and hide behind “policy” instead of taking responsibility. No real investigation, no ownership — just generic responses and denial.
This is not a minor issue or a learning curve problem. It’s a fundamental gap between what is sold and what is delivered.
If you're running a real business and depend on reliable infrastructure, this platform will cost you time, money, and unnecessary stress.

Scam vendor and useless product

Firas Alameh, the man behind Cleverly Box, is a serial scammer who sells non-functional marketing software with over the top hype jargons and an army of affiliates, who care only about their commissions.

I bought this service with the expectation to replace my monthly autoresponder.

Firas wrote on his sales page that customers will get everything "unlimited" for a one time fee, however, this is not the case.

99.9% of the time, your campaigns will be rejected.

Yes, your campaigns must go through a review and get approval first. Funny how this policy is not written on the sales page, huh?

So after having 4 campaigns rejected, all for the reason that I put affiliate links in the email body (btw, the sales page does say that they are affiliate friendly so why can't affiliates put their links? Lol), I wanted a refund.

They kept avoiding to refund me and did not honor their 30-day money back guarantee.

I had to file a dispute to their payment processor to get my money back.

Avoid everything that has the name Firas Alameh on it. No good scammer.

⚠️ CleverlyBox is a Scam

⚠️ CleverlyBox is a Scam – Beware!

CleverlyBox claims to offer lifetime access, but that’s completely false. After a short time, they block your access, stop the tool, or change the terms without warning. Their entire system is based on a misleading funnel, tricking users with promises they don’t keep.

Many people have been affected – if you're thinking about buying CleverlyBox, think again. Don’t fall into the trap like we did. Always do your research before trusting any “lifetime deal.”

Absolutely Untrustworthy Company

Absolutely Untrustworthy Company – Avoid at All Costs

If you’re considering doing business with this company, don’t. They proudly display a refund policy they have zero intention of honoring. Once you request a refund, they’ll pretend to care by asking for feedback about how their product can be improved. Don’t be fooled—it’s just a stalling tactic.

Next, they’ll hit you with excuses: their “financial system” is apparently always broken, and they conveniently can’t process refunds until it’s magically fixed (spoiler: it never is). When you persist, they’ll go so far as to ask you to dispute the charge with your bank, fully knowing that only the merchant can authorize the refund. In other words, they actively encourage you to waste your time while they keep your money.

This is a dishonest, manipulative, and unethical operation. They play games, give you the runaround, and hope you eventually give up. A company that refuses to honor its own policies doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust—or business.

Spend your money somewhere else. You’ve been warned.

I HAVE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE TO FIX…

I HAVE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE TO FIX THEIR SINIPPET FOR DKIM SETTINGS FOR DNS. THEY KEPT ON REPEATING THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS EVEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THAT IT CAN NOT BE VERIFIED. I HAVE USED SIMILAR PLATFORMS LIKE EMAILCHASER WHICH WAS GREAT!!! LEADSFYNDER AND CLEVERLYBOX IS A WASTE OF TIME. I'VE ASKED FOR A REFUND, SINCE THEY STATE ON THEIR SITE GUARANTEED. NOTHING! CAN'T FIX THE ISSUE, NOR WOULD THEY ENTERTAIN A REFUND. WORST OF ALL IF THEY WOULD JUST TRY TO HELP THEN MAYBE IT WOULD BE OKAY... WASTE OF TIME! NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION. I CAN SHOW YOU A THREAD OF 18 REPETITIVE COPY AND PASTE RESPONSES!!! INSTEAD OF HELPING OUT THE PEOPLE ON THEIR PLATFORM!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND.

An Honest and Objective Conclusion and…

An Honest and Objective Conclusion and Advice:

Do not purchase Cleverly Box’s products under any circumstances.

They continuously run advertisements showcasing attractive prices, features, and benefits. However, in reality, they break down the core functionalities into multiple upsells. Once you place an order, their checkout system immediately presents a second upsell, which includes essential features that were stripped from your original plan. Since these are crucial features for email marketing, after your purchase, their system will then show a third upsell, again containing key functions that were intentionally removed from your initial package. After purchasing the first three products, a fourth upsell appeared. That was when I stopped placing orders—I realized their scheme and felt completely scammed and furious.

When I finally accessed the dashboard of the product I had purchased, I found that several features were unusable unless I continued making additional purchases.

The Second Disaster and Trap:

After purchasing their product, I received multiple login pages and passwords for different sections. Yes, they separated certain functionalities into different login URLs. One of them was called LeadsFynder AI, but the password they provided never worked. I emailed their support, but they never responded.

The Final and Most Important Warning:

I sent at least eight emails requesting a refund. They deliberately delayed their responses for several days and replied with, “Do you have any feedback about the product?” When I responded firmly insisting on a refund, they stalled for even more days and sent the same message again. Their so-called 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is nothing more than a marketing gimmick and a scam.

I commented on their official Facebook account, and a woman responded, saying she had also contacted them regarding issues with her product, but they never provided any help.

If you’ve been scammed like I was, most people will probably find it too troublesome and simply accept the financial loss. Alternatively, you can take legal action.

Final Conclusion:

There are many other companies that offer the same type of product with better quality and integrity. Avoid Cleverly Box at all costs. This was a complete consumer disaster.

Never ever try this company!!!

Never ever try this company, When you upload a contact list then they will take infinite time to approve that, there is no turn around time that you will expect it will be approved, and even if a contact list is approved a in a week or so then when you create a campaign then again it will take infinite time to approve that campaign, so over all you might seems can send 1-2 campaign in a month, still not sure.

I recently uploaded contacts on 28th Feb and on 4th after reminding to their team through email they responded that it will take time because there is more request in que, what does that mean? we will be sending our email marketing, why should we wait for your approval , why is that you are taking a weeks to approve that.....it is a scam, stay away from them.

If you don't believe then please go ahead and try them

I just signed up to LeadsFynder and…

I just signed up to LeadsFynder and feel as though I have been robbed,
Part of the sign-up involves CelverlyBox.
The instruction includes obtaining an API key, but there is no API key in the CleverlyBox dashboard.
I then raise a ticket and ger an automated message with a 24-48 hour service level plus longer over weekends.
The message goes on to say if I send further messages it will only cause my original ticket to be pushed to the bottom.
I am seeking a full refund immediately for one reason.
If a company requests immediate payment after spending time and effort building a up-sell funnel, they must apply an equal amount of time and effort in the after-sale experience and respond as fast as when they take my money.

Snake oil sales tactics.

I bought this product based on an amazing deal they offered on one of their sales pages. The reality is that the product contained none of the promised features. I requested a refund on repeated occasions, each request was met with offers I did not want. It is now over a month of continuous refund requests but no refund. Please consider other options this company clearly use snake oil sales tactics.

Robbers

I purchased the lifetime version of their product, and when I realized I had to link my website to Cloudflare.com, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund for absence of simplicity to connect both services. However, this scammers kept stalling my request changing de subject 4 to 5 times until I got tired of asking for my money back.
I do not recommend this product. Apparently, they are dishonest at this point. Company like this dont survive for so long. If they stole my money, they'll steal yours too. Be very careful!
