Four hours delay and denied check-in

We had two negative experiences with Clicair. Our first flight from Villavicencio to Cali was delayed by four hours, so we lost half a day in Cali. On the return, they would not allow us to check in because they insisted that it is only possible until two hours before the flight. This is not an acceptable practice. We lost another day and 5M COP because of this. Fortunately, Latam had last minute tickets and their staff was really helpful.

Stay away!!

We had a medical emergency in August and had to cancel a trip to Columbia. I can't count how many of our communications have been ignored.
No one answers phones, follows up on WhatsApp chats or replies to emails. They took our money just fine, but they have deserted us when we need the funds most. In one case, Clic changed an itinerary, so that alone should have triggered a refund when we replied to the email notice. And we purchased REFUNDABLE tickets.
In all my years of travel, this is the single worst experience I've had with an airline.
There are no humans to manage customer service issues and their lack of responsiveness and theft of our money is cruel.

Avoid At All Cost

Avoid at all cost. This airline doesn't respect schedules, and their staff are incredible rude the worst I've ever experienced in an airline. They don't respect security protocols, I was suppose to take a flight from Medellin to Bogota, my bag left and I stood.They gave me hard time getting my bag back.

Please avoid this airline if you can

Please avoid this airline if you can!Bumped from one flight from Bogota with conformation. Flew us to an interim destination six hrs.by taxi away?Gave us equivalent of $40 dollars take it or leave it.The taxi hire was equivalent of $200.Later in same trip confirmed for us for A FLIGHT THAT DIDN’T EXIST. In person at the info box in Medallin.Booking with another airline Satena…another 200 US down the tubes.Nightmare

Incredible customer service

Sadly our flight with Clic was changed to a time which no longer suited us. We received an email to inform us and were also contacted via Whatsapp by Johana Cortes from Armenia Quindio airport who was amazingly helpful. She sent me the link to the form to get a refund and, when I didn't hear anything from the airline she spoke to colleagues on my behalf (as she had great English and I only limited Spanish). In the end, mortifyingly, I had put the wrong email address on the refund form, so they had tried to contact me but it didn't work! Faultless customer service, especially from Johana.

Disorganized flight company

The airline has a verry desorganized checkin and boarding process. Therefore i lost my flight and had to pay again. If you dont wanna riak your flight, better dont book with them.
