Unprocessed Order and No Communication
I placed an order on August 25, 2024, for various products. By the beginning of September, I had received no information regarding the delivery date. Upon checking my customer account, I discovered that my order had not even been processed. Despite contacting customer service, I have yet to receive any response or update. However, the payment was promptly charged to my credit card on August 25. This situation is not professional, and I expect it to be resolved immediately.
