First time using a cleaning company, great experience. 10/10 service.

Unfortunately had a very poor experience with ClickCleanIt. It started off very promising, with prompt quotes and friendly appointment setting. However at the day of cleaning they were over two hours late to the appointment, without informing us beforehand (we were waiting to let them in). Then did not notify us at the end of their cleaning for us to walk through with them, making us think the cleaning was rushed (see below).

We ended up being charged for multiple end of tenancy cleaning-related items including scum on the toilet (which the next tenants were able to clean off themselves). We were also charged for chemical damages to the shower mixer (300gbp in damage) which weren't present before the cleaning, making us think they didn't use the appropriate chemicals. After we asked them to cover the damages (as would be expected in their cleaning guarantee), they got very hostile and aggressive in response.

Would not recommend.

Will and his team were reliable, efficient and extremely helpful. I came in with team to inspect the property I was moving into, to find it heavily soiled and yet to receive a professional clean from the previous tenant.

The clickcleanit team was able to coordinate with my lettings agency effectively and efficiently and came in on the following day for a full clean of the property. With issues in the fridge, lots of dust, stains and foul odours, the team was able to remove and clean through the property within 4hours for a full deep clean (including an outdoor space). I was extremely happy with the end result and ready to move in. Thank you.

William provided such a great service, quick and easy to book and understood exactly what was needed. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Clickcleanit on several occasions for our rental properties and I can't recommend them highly enough. The team are professional, thorough and polite and are always a pleasure to deal with.

I have used ClickClean several times over the years to carry out different things on my rental flats. They have done check in, check outs, cleaning, gas and electricity safety certificates etc., each time their work has been excellent. Their prices are fair and reasonable in comparison to other quotes I have received. I don't hesitate to give them 5*s

Cleaning quality is impeccable and the cleaning report sent over after the service is the icing on the cake as it gives a full insight of the service they have provided.

An excellent service, with full managerial oversight. To be highly recommended. The service included a before and after report, was properly priced and provided at short notice with helpful liasion to agent, tenant and landlord.

My opinion is not based on the conduct of the staff but on the outcome of the service. I was not in a position to fill review everything before leaving, although I did note that under the coffee table there were potato chips and other items alongside a lot of dust under the Work desk.

I was a little confused why there were 3 attendees and only 1 cleaner, however as I said they appeared professional enough.

The main issue is the landlord checked in depth in terms of cleanliness and stated:

All the windows weren’t cleaned
The kitchen splashback, oven and toilet were not fully cleaned
The insides of the cupboards had not been wiped down fully
The floors appeared to have been mopped but not to an expected standard

The landlord appreciated I had paid for the service so did not hold it against me, however they did have to get a further cleaner in to do a more thorough end of tenancy cleaning.

Note: for a 1 bedroom apartment they were there for 4 hours, so to miss the above is disappointing.

the booking was quick and seamless, the cleaning was good and overall professional service. I would definitely recommend to ClickCleanIt LTD to anyone who owns or rents a property.

William and Claudio provided a deep clean service for my flat as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning. They are very reasonably priced for the service they provide and did a great job making my flat feel refreshed. They were very amenable to any feedback I had to ensure that the clean met my expectations. Very friendly! I would highly recommend.

Were very helpful when making the initial booking and accommodating when I need to reschedule the booking twice.
The clean was very good and was happy to review the work with me once complete offering a re-clean gaurantee too.
Pricing is typical for the type of service and is no more than market value.
I have already recommended this company to a work colleague.

Must say that after reading horror stories about scam companies and how poor of a service tenants in London have received, etc. I was very skeptical of Clickcleanit. Especially since they don't have that many reviews (impetus for me to be writing this now).

Safe to say that I am super grateful for the service they delivered. From the admins, Zaik and Luke - who set up an arrangement that was convenient for me and appeased my worries, AND were flexible enough to change my booking a couple of day before - to the cleaning itself, everything was very well executed. Liam, who head the cleaning team and did the carpets is very meticulous about the cleaning. He's also refreshingly polite. Haroun as well did a great job. As for Maria and her counterpart (sorry did not catch his name) who did the cleaning, they really got down and dirty to make my space very clean. Should also add that they were bang on time and beat me to my flat. Their prices are also reasonable compared to many other services.

So yeah, thanks guys for today's service! I'd only be rushing to write a review if I thought the service was impeccable and want you to get customers' trust. Please don't change your standards and you're company will fly!
