Took my money for a pre order months ago. Suggested delivery date is in the distance past. Contacted them for an update on numerous occasions and zero response back from them. Going to have to seek a chargeback via my card.

Have used in past with no issues but I’ve paid £60 in June for an item that the website says is in stock and ships within 24 hours. It’s nearly August and still hasn’t been sent. I’ve contacted through fb and also twice via their contact form and have gotten no response at all! It’s very worrying and will now do z chargeback on my xsrd
Ordered a special Christmas crate never recieved it told I would get sent a replacement and that was early February. Now in May and still nothing it has never come they have taken my money and now they are not answering my messages or emails
Subscribed to their mystery box and their 2 mystery funkos box took the money and nothing arrived no replies to any emails

I subscribed to the premium box in January and when I received my box is was damaged and two items inside were damaged I have contacted them several times with no replies.
Most amazing one I get I have other boxes from other geek boxes and everything I get I'm very happy to add to my stuff keep up the great work and postage is great too update in 2020 still great love this company

Very good company. Great value, hasn't been one disappointing box since launching. Never any shipping problems. Website easy to navigate, can pause and skip subscription easily in account settings. Highly recommended.
