Company suspended and you can't contact as only mobile numbers that shut off when called. No Air Fryer received and no replies to my emails. Doesn't even deserve a one star! I think guys this is a Scam, and the first one I have encounter but will make me wary of future buys online.

contacted these before i ordered a fridge freezer, they replied immediately.
Ordered the fridge freezer, and now they've vanished.
No reply to emails, phone numbers on website are dead. Total Scam, now to try and get the money back from bank... AVOID... Wish i had looked on here prior to ordering...

We purchased and paid for a pressure washer online from this scam of a company, unfortunately, and they've taken our money & we've no item to show for it. They are just thieves. They don't reply to emails, we can't contact them, all their services come up saying they are now suspended. How can you take people's hard earned money & not provide what they have paid for in good faith? I'm taking legal advice, reporting you to trading standards and my bank.

Ordered a Kärcher pressure washer, didn’t arrive after two weeks. According to Google Earth their stated head office in Preston is an accountants and they know nothing of Clickelectricals. Their delivery company (Trust Couriers) based in Reading seems to be an unlicensed one man band that appears to have gone out of business in December 2023.

SCAM Do not use this company. Total rip off merchants.

They never response to my email and I still did not get my product. It has been 3 weeks after i ordered it.

Please refund my money. This is a fraud.

I purchased an air fryer in January, given a delivery date which has passed and no sign off item!
Contacted customer services, telephone doesn’t connect and no response from emails!
I’m going to report to slough trading standards.

Delivery firm don’t reply to emails and I suspect if also a scam!

The 5 star reviews look fake and clickelectrics respond to them, more than likely 5 star reviews self created!!

Definite scam. Haven't delivered product and looks like delivery company don't exist either. Avoid!!!

Ordered an xbox January 21st, was told delivery delayed until Feb 15th and would i like 20% off when received, still no xbox no delivery date and contact numbers are false and no one replies on the chat or emails - reviews are correct its a scam and ive reported to authorities and trying to claim back from my bank

Same as others. Ordered an airfryer on 21 January and given delivery date of 10 February. That came and went so i chased up. New date of 16 February quoted. It came and went. No delivery. No update forthcoming. Tried to phone, call was disconnected on 4 occasions. Sent 3 emails, no responses. Dont think my airfryer will be arriving at all. Seems that pursuing a claim through my bank is the only option open to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have reported them to the relevant authorities. All my e mails have been ignored regarding my missing order after a month. No delivery or refund

i ordered an air fryer. they emailed twice changing the delivery date. they then did not reply to my emails. the telephone numbers are false.
I have not received my air fryer.

Today i purchased klick mcb changover switch 40amp prize 280 rupees only. Prize is very less then other companies like anchor 800 rs and havells 960 rs...
Shopkeeper give me 1 year guaranty..
Lets see its peformance .. if its perform good i will purchase all products from klick..

klick electric company is the best product like this switch fans wire ,etc and best price in comparison of other products.

I'm reviewing based on order process and follow up communications.

My order remained "processing" for longer then you would expect in modern online shopping. I called up the following day (Friday) for an update hoping it would be sent out Friday. The guy who took the call didn't sound very confident and seemed to be confused about status of payment. My order had gone through successfully and my card processed my end. He was not very helpful when asked what the delivery time was and when I could expect it to ship. However advised I would get tracking details.

Weekend passed and I received a dispatch email and the email stated "You can track your order with" and then listed ParcelForce but no tracking number. I emailed end of day Monday to ask for the tracking number. No reply. I have emailed again (end of day Tuesday) for an update. No response yet.

However, the TV did in fact arrive this evening.

The prices are good but up to now, the order process and the communication are poor which does nothing to instill confidence.

So, good prices and 3-4 day delivery just let down by order processing and communications.

Ordered a TV at a great price from Click Electricals, I called them before ordering online. They were super helpful and very efficient. Unfortunately the courier made an error with delivery but Yazmine was very attentive answering outside business hours to resolve the matter very quickly. I will definitely recommend and will purchase again and again.
