If there was an option for Zero Stars this would be the most deserving company. I have nothing but a nightmare since I started using them back in June 2020 for my SIX month lease, it is now FEBRUARY 2021 and I am STILL receiving bills from them. I have had to call them at least 6 times in order to resolve this. Customer service is horrific. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!!! DO NOT USE
This company offers competitive plans then after a year or so will start hiking up the tariff in the hope customers dont notice. I got to over 50c/kwh before I realised the scam. Some people have been done for even more. they have been exposed by the ABC and the accc are on to them but for now they continue to rip people like me off. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SCAM company.
