Confused by website
When I first went on the website, I could not locate the info for the new printer I have purchased since my earlier order. As frustrating as that feels, it only took a phone call to be directed to the material I needed. Within 2-3 days the order arrived. I am a happy camper now - thank you.

It's been 6 days since I placed my order and still haven't received my order confirmation!…
It's been 6 days since I placed my order and you have charged my account BUT I still haven't received my order confirmation. I called yesterday to check on my order but was not able to get any help, no tracking number nothing...very poor customer service!
This is my first order with you and may be my last. Your customer service sucks!?? If I can't print my invoice due to not getting my order from you it impacts my business!!!

No order confirmation, no return authorization
I placed an order on1/14/2024. I was not sent any order confirmation and my order did not appear in my account. I therefore assumed that order did not go through, so I then placed my order with a different vendor. On 1/18/2024, the ClickInks order was delivered. I immediately (on 1/18/2024) requested return authorization, including a photo of the unopened box, was told you had to get this from your third-party vendor. Since then I have received no correspondence or authorization.
