Ink cartridge (colored) initial "test print" looked good but subsequent tries failed and printer won't even print. Put the old cartridge back in and at least it printed black and white. Troubleshootlng offered by Clickinks personnel didn't fix the problem. Purchased a replacement locally and and print is fine. The Clickinks cartridge is in "storage".

I received the cartridges in a timely manner, however we had to replace our printer and have been trying to return unused cartridges that don't fit new printer. We have requested a RMA by phone and email to return cartridges but have not had a response to our request.

Disappointed
Number one- this took forever to get to me, and when it arrived, it has looked like it was went through a tornado storm. it was absolutely terrible with no updates or tracking. I have no idea what happened and I won’t be using this anymore to order
Items needed. I am not blaming the company. It could’ve been the shipper but there was no information and no one for me to contact regarding the tardiness and delayed shipment. It’s took over three weeks to a month to get to me….

Order did not get processed for over a…
Order did not get processed for over a week, called and spoke with Customer service 4 times with no help. was told the order was being processed and woukd be taken care of. No one contacted me on either delay or why it was not processed. called yesterday and cancelled order and was notified today the order was shipped. Not happy with this company anymore, found a better company and prices for exact same items and was shipped to me in 2 days. Thanks for nothing!!!

There was a delay in the order being shipped by a few days due to a system issue. This was a rare one of event and this has now been fixed.
Looking at the interactions between you and our staff they did always answer your emails within a few hours of receiving your query and always kept you informed of what was happening.
