11 days after order no delivery, no tracking, reached out yesterday for an update no response

My order was 9 days ago on the 28th July.
I ordered 2 cut to size sheets of stainless steel and I paid in full at the time !
Apparently the order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
The order arrived today after 7 working days!

Parcel not received on time, no tracking number given to locate parcel.

I bought a product. A bit of delay on delivery so rang. A human being answered and dealt with it immediately.
Received in good order.
Quite happy with that.

Have been using mg metals as it was called for years now but ordered online with click everything was great apart from the speed in the order I was collecting too so I don't know how long I would have been waiting for posted

Really pleased with my online order of a piece of aluminium checker plate. Cut to the required size and very carefully packaged to ensure that it arrived in good condition!

Wow what can I say placed the order and the team really helped. They explained how the sheets would come. When I explained the wait time will leave men without work they got the sheets out quickly. What a team what a family feel they gave us! Top tier and the cheapest. Keighley care company loves you!

Unfortunately not in my case,

We endeavour to process all orders for despatch within 3-5 working days from receipt. The order will then be despatched via a 24hr (next working day) courier.

Order was placed on the 26th May, I phoned for an update on the 1st June to be told that the metal was being cut the following day and would be with me on the 3rd.
I then phoned on the 5th to be told it was collected by their courier on the 4th and it would be with on that day.
It eventually arrived on the 8th June.

Apart from this delay I am more than happy with the price, quality of the material, P&P but felt a little let down by how long it took.

Buy as early as you can if you intend to purchase I would say.

Easy to pick and order my alloy section. Came in no time. An initial problem with the order was quickly sorted over the phone, without fuss, by Simon resulting in a replacement section within a couple of days.
All the signs of a sound customer orientated business.

I have used this company several times now for bespoke backings for my art works. They are very accommodating and nice to deal with, and provide a unique service.

Great to be able to speak directly to someone

Stainless steel plate came in correct size, well packed.
My only concern was that when peeling the film of the face it came off in two pieces which was due to a score across the face, it may polish out but I have my doubts and as it will be handled a lot I have dressed all 4 edges.
Delivery was also fast thanks.

Would love to review my items but they have not been delivered yet. Shipping time needs to be quicker after paying a premium price. Poor customer communication. Had to call to find out where my items are. Was told next day but still waiting. Would not recommend.
