Very poor service and support
Climote not working for remote heating control.
I have emailed three times asking for support.
Phone calls cut off when option needed is selected.
Really disappointing level of service and support.
Is it anything to do with changed app interface?

Absolutely useless - AVOID
Absolutely useless. I got the immersion switch. They did a pre-install survey to make sure my tank was compatible. After months of wondering why it wasn't working I reached out and they flagged that my tank wasn't suitable. Anything above or below 33% couldn't be measured. An absolute waste of time. I bought the immersion switch so I would know how much water was in the tank. After 1 year of use; I still don't know and have to put my hand on the tank to feel it. AVOID

Unhelpful customer care
We have an immersion device and it doesn’t work great, it’s sales pitched it save money and only heat the water you need but it really doesn’t work like that. If the device ever gets disconnected from the wifi it’s impossible to reconnect (and find any instructions online to tell you how!) I find the customer support awful they take days if not weeks to get back to you and come back with more questions and never really an answer to the query.

We have this for about three years and…
We have this for about three years and it has saved a fortune on gas, between the thermostat and being able to turn the system on so that it is only heating when you decide. The sim connection can be very slow at times. If you can fix that I will gladly give 6 stars.

Poor Functionality
Poor Functionality. I don't understand why its not possible to programme different temperatures for different times of the day. Currently its just eithe "On" at a specific temperature or "Off"!
It should be possible for example to programme bedrooms for 18 degrees all day and then for 22 for the two hours at bedtime!
