I’ve read the other reviews and their are a fair few knocking customers services.

I’ve been buying from Clinton for years. I had a hoody zip that broke after a few months. The hoody was replaced without question immediately. A key fob was broken on delivery, again it was replaced without question, with a second as an unexpected goodwill gesture. I was bought a hoody and cap bundle for Christmas. The cap was missing from the package. When my partner contacted them, they sent one straight away.

I find that the clothing and accessories are excellent, and if any problems do crop up, I honestly can’t fault their customer service.

I have no links to Clinton whatsoever. Just think they are decent company and that means a lot these days.

As for customer service I can’t compliment enough! The website would not let me purchase to Ireland one evening so I sent an email, following afternoon I had a response and problem resolved!

Fair play guys! And as soon as there is more stock I will be back!

I ordered 5 tops and only received one yet they still took full payment, will not answer phone or return emails.

I ordered a couple of hoodies for my MotoGP mad boys. Arrived 2 days later, great quality.... better than many other sites selling the same type of clothing! Excellent price, I will definitely buy from this site again!

I would like to start by saying how good the customer service is and how quick the sales/customer service team get back to you 10/10. I have purchased 7 items from T-shirts to jackets and caps and all are good quality and I will definitely be purchasing from you again

I have received excellent customer service, I placed my order and one of the tshirts I has received was different to the one I ordered, I emailed then and the next day they phoned me apologising, they told me to keep the shirt I had received in error, they then sent the correct shirt with a free baseball cap. Thanks guys keep up the good work

No response from them regarding my orders whatsoever, understand there may be a delay due to lack of staff but need to communicate this to customers.
If you can’t deal with the orders, then update the website to say so and not just ignore people.
Nice to see on Facebook the blaming to Royal Mail, who are in fact delivering up to date with the letters and stuff we are receiving. But two weeks and still not dispatched is down to you, not Royal Mail.
As I said, more communication to customers and if you can’t fulfill the orders, then tell people.

Poor customer service, no updating of your website with issues, and no communication.

Put my one and only online order in 2014/15 one item was wrong got a t-shirt instead of a jacket for my son. Sent it back never heard anything sent email after email. 9 months later when they emailed back they claimed to now nothing about it. Re sent all email with original dates attached,when they received them they said not their problem. Told them to take me off of there mailing list and I haven't bought anything from them since online or track side.

1stly the clothing is excellent, 2ndly if you run into any kind of problem big or small they then turn into ignorant mode ie no response to emails and 3rdly when you return for a refund yep you guessed it you have to wait forever. I wish to god I paid through PAYPAL and let them have the headache

Dreadful customer service no bags for your shirts just rolled like a beach towel, no answer to mail or phone the silence is deafening, never again

love these clothes very high quality t- shirts fit a treat so do fleece tops but soft shell jackets a little small I'm a xxxl but soft shell more like xl cant get in them so i like these that much i going on a diet delivery very fast and some great sales great many thanks

clothes are good quality, arrived rolled up together creased no packaging, had to iron them and remove bits from clothes.Customer service doesn't return yor call.

Everything went correctly. Excellent communications, prompt dispatch, quality products, efficient transaction.
