The ordering process and timing of receiving this tripod were fine. It appears to work OK although I have not used it extensively. My concern is that AMEX contacted me in the middle of the night that cliplook had billed my card for a subscription. Thank goodness Amex flagged it and their fraud department blocked the charge. I have now blocked this company. There are no subscription services advertise for this company so this was their billing department trying to create a recurring revenue stream fraudulently.

I’ve been using the TapPod tripod for a while now and it’s honestly a game-changer for recording content. The dual-sided MagSafe mounting is incredibly smart- I attach my phone on one side and the screen on the other, which lets me see myself while using the rear camera.

This makes filming so much easier and more natural, especially for solo creators. I no longer have to guess my framing or keep stopping to check the screen. Everything stays stable, secure, and perfectly aligned.

The build quality feels solid, the MagSafe connection is strong, and the whole setup saves a lot of time when recording. If you create videos, reels, or any type of content where you need the best camera quality and visibility at the same time, this setup is absolutely worth it.

Bought a tripod and MagSafe screen and was supposed to receive free accessory kit. No accessory kit received and the tripod is not their branded one but one I can buy on Amazon for $30. I paid AUS $255 for 2 items above. Have emailed them several times, response was to send it back at my cost. Nope, you send me the balance of my order first and then I'll send it back, now I've heard nothing. Will take this up with my bank and hopefully get my money back from being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought the tripod because it was magnetic both side to add a screen or have the ability to get different camera angles by using both side. the second side magnet is so week it won't hold anything. Cost me $127 AUD

Ordered a magnetic tripod and could not be more disappointed. I paid £60 thinking it was going to be decent quality, but how wrong I was. It wasn’t even branded but made by some Seajac white label brand in China. Can’t contact customer service. Basically a scam. DO NOT BUY

I bought a double sided magnetic ring tripod. VERY unhappy. First of all, this tripod was 80$ I was expecting a high quality CLIPLOOK tripod, instead I got some CLEARLY temu/shein/aliexpress 'seajaic' tripod that was bought and resold to me at three times what this scam company bought it for. This is all clearly just a sham website, with scam product.
It shipped from CHINA. RED FLAG.
The tripod is NOT magnetic on both sides. the magnetic screen I bought barely holds onto the other side of the ring but FIRMLY holds to the other, but that side of the ring is occupied by the phone. FAIL.
Third, the tripod can't be angled down toward anything. the furthest you can angle it is 30 degrees. so it's not useful for most shots that I would need it for. You can angle it down the other way but of course the phone does NOT magnetise to the other side of the ring as you advertised that it does.
Fourth. when the screen is attached to the back of the ring IT SHOWS UP in the lens of the camera. Most of the footage I have taken with the tripod is ruined because you can see the screen.
I have had several very important photo shoots ruined because of this tripod.
DO NOT BUY.

Firstly, this shipped from China so already a red flag. Instructions are lacking - there are only 3 steps and are simple to follow but I can't get past number 1 because what they say will happen does not happen.

My phone won't connect to the device so unable to use it. Customer service is only reachable via email and have an inkling they will not respond.

Waste of money!
