Very pleased with the service and very helpful removal men. Everything arrived ok and in good condition.

I'm so pleased I chose Clockwork for our move. From start to finish, they were courteous and professional with a thorough initial assessment, competitive price and excellent moving team led by Shane. I found it so reassuring on the 2-day pack and move with Shane's calm and friendly management. They were impressively efficient and took the utmost care with our belongings.

We had a great experience with Clockwork when we moved from London to Yorkshire in April ‘26. Art and his team turned up on time and immediately all our stress miraculously disappeared. All our packed items were transferred to their van quickly and with care, and they were friendly, positive and cheerful throughout. The team in Leeds delivered everything just as well the next day (ably led by Art again).

The team in the office and quotation process was just as user friendly too.

We’ll certainly be recommending Clockwork going forward…we’re still talking about how easy and stress-free our experience with them was a month later!

From the office to the guys with boots on the ground, the team have been absolutely fantastic and accommodating to our (very many) requests. It was a big job and they had very limited time to pull this off especially over the Christmas break. They were highly professional and packed, moved & unpacked everything professionally and left the space tidy and safe. I would highly recommend them.

My mother has cognitive issues and the removals team at clockwork performed like thier name suggested. I had to liaise with the removal persons from abroad and my mother did not lift a finger and her and I were kept updated every step on the way. Would recommend 100%. Marie from the office also needs a special mention for all of the work she did behind the scenes. Thanks again

They arrived before 9am, were very organised and professional.

I've given Clockwork Removals 5 stars because of their professional approach to my packing and removal. The whole event was planned with precision and the utmost care and patience was taken with packing and moving my possessions.
Paolo, the project manager for my job, was outstanding for the way he organised and facilitated everything and his team worked like Trojans. Highly recommended.

From the initial survey onwards I felt they were efficient and competent, and that proved to be the case when it came to the move itself. A very friendly and energetic team of men, and they took good care especially of all the more fragile/delicate items - no breakages at all. A couple of tall Billy bookcases couldn't bend round a tight corner and had to be taken apart and reassembled, and though in theory I could have done it myself eventually, it wouldn't have happened for weeks, and the reassembly was done for me as a kindness that was much appreciated. (I am now 90.)

The team were amazing, friendly quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great staff on the day - super helpful and patient

Robert, Shane and George were brilliant! They were very friendly, amazingly efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve used Clockwork numerous times and they have been great each time. Robert, Shane and George have been the best yet. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! I would give 10 stars if I could, from making my first call to Joanne to the 11 hour day completed so professionally. The team lead by George were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this company & if I ever move again this is the only company I will call. Excellent!

Clockwork moved me from west London up to the north east over two days. The team were professional, friendly and very efficient. Everything was treated with great care and sensitivity and they made the whole process very easy and stress free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, great job!

After a terrible experience with a different company when trying to have my late father’s belongings shipped back to the UK, I contacted Rich at Clockwork Removals and explained that I’d been let down and was very upset by it. He was very sympathetic and immediately made arrangements to have our goods shipped. He was reassuring throughout the process and communicated regularly with updated.

Our goods arrived bang on schedule and with no signs of damage.
