I ordered a pair of Clogg sandals a over a month ago and still haven’t received them…tracking says they are waiting with a label somewhere in New Jersey for the sandals to arrive…meanwhile I have sent 4 emails addressing this issue with”Mandy” the customer service rep who has emailed and said they are addressing the issue and will get them to me shortly…what a racket..,I don’t know what steps to take moving forward since there seems to be no way to get on a phone with them
Anyone able to touch base or get product they ordered…SOS help!

Terrible business. They said my order shipped a week ago and it still hasn’t been picked up by the carrier. Emailed several times with no response, asked for a refund and nothing. Don’t trust them

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. WILL SEND YOU A COMPLETELY USED TORN AND WRONG SIZED PAIR AND THEN REFUSE REFUND. THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS.

I sent an email to customer services regarding a number of faulty shoes which I had received which were scratched and had faded. This email was sent more than a week and a half ago. I sent another email a few days ago to chases this up and have yet to receive a response. I definitely will not be ordering from this website again after this experience. I hope somebody from Cloggs reads this and sends a response to my emails.

I am confused by all the negative reviews. I placed 2 orders, 1 on 18.3.18 and 1 on 23.3.18.
1st order was delivered with all items I ordered, some of which I returned which was swiftly refunded. 2nd order was slightly late to be delivered but got an email to say only part of the order will be delivered which I received a few days later. I did get a bit worried for the rest of the order and wether I would receive it or be refunded after seeing on the website that they ceased trading. But I just received refund for the other part of the order which was out of stock. So had absolutely no problems at all.

I have returned my high value order, no refund, no communication and now discovered that they ceased trading. Disgraceful as I lost my money!

Bought a barber coat for the dog and when we received it, it was a rip off. Coat totally unsuitable for walking the dog, it was just a branded accessory.
Sent it back recorded delivery (so glad we did) and waited for the refund. Low and behold Cloggs said we've never received it. We had to provide evidence of the return including a screen shot of it being signed and received by Cloggs and still they don't want to refund the money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM OF COWBOYS.

Ordered from here without issues at least 4 times on separate occasions from 18th March 2018. May have been the lucky ones to have received sketchers, boots, flip-flops without any problems at all, they were all dispatched literally the next day, disappointing to learn that it has ceased trading, however 5 stars from me and the happy family!

Returned trainers nearly a week ago for an exchange only to learn tonight that they have ceased trading without any warning or acknowledgement to their customers. This has caused me to lose money that I can't afford to lose. I am extremely disappointed by the company and its owners.

It is clear that Cloggs has closed down. I returned 2 pairs of shoes and I'm still waiting for refund 3 weeks later. Phone lines shut down and not answering any emails.DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!! Disgraceful as this company is owned by JD Sports.

Before I read any of the reviews here, I went ahead and ordered a pair of Fit Flops from Cloggs. I ordered them on 22nd March, had a confirmation email and then - I read the reviews! I was not holding my breath on ever seeing a shoe box, or my money every again, but sure enough, they have been delivered by Royal Mail this morning (26th March).
I have given 4 stars as have obviously had no issues and the Fit Flops are FAB - and a bargain at £20 - but having said that, I would not order from here again, as it looks like way too many people have had problems, so unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer because of all of the other complaints from less fortunate customers!
I think I was just very lucky by the sound of things.

Bought shoes through Cloggs, was waiting for delivery in 3-5 days.
A week and half later got email that order is cancelled, no reason given. No phone number on their site either. Emailed their customer services but no reply back regarding order. So wondering why this happened and why it took a week+ to cancel my order!!!
Customer services is non-existent for this company.
Really not happy as there is no communication from them.

Ordered several item's and received an email saying one or more was unavailable the day they were due to be dispatched. 5 days later nothing dispatched and full money still taken from my account. Customer phone lines have been shut down. No response to emails after 4 days. No way of getting in contact at all! Will have to try and resolve this with my bank

Purchased some items on 15/3/18. FULL payment taken. Was sent a email some of my items were no longer available and i will receive a refund. NO REFUND and no items....

The same issue has happened to me.
I paid next day delivery on Thursday.
Got an email saying one item with no info of which one, which could have been the item i wanted next day.
item untrackable by the website.
No replies from customer service. telephone number out of use.

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes. All in stock at time of ordering. Paid for next day delivery.

Company processed my order, took the money from my account. Late that even got an email saying 1 or more items wasn't in stock. Didn't tell me which item. Next day nothing arrived. Emailed them, no reply.

They still have my money, their phone lines have been switched off and I have no shoes. Currently speaking to my bank about the situation.

I have bought several items from Cloggs, was about 200pounds, paid for next day delivery. And they have failed to deliver. So rearanged delivery for the other day, they didn't deliver it as well. Nice Cloggs, worst buying experience. Do not recommend!

I ordered some Dubarry boots which I had to return because they were too small. The postage cost £14 because of the weight and value of the goods. I later discovered I could have used the Click and Collect service, but nothing on the website indicates you can return the goods for free. Buyer beware.

Be aware that if you have to return a item to this company you have to pay for the postage yourself. I recently had to return some Hunter wellington boots as they were too big and it cost me £12.98 because they are heavy. I contacted this company and they said it was up to me to pay though they would refund £4.99 once they received the item( they Never did!) I've never come across such a bad return service so will never order with them again and put it down to a learning curb. Hope this helps if your thinking of buying from them.
