Nice dress model, great fit
The dress arrived quickly. It's is lovely, as all my purchases from Closet London and fits nicely. Maybe it runs a bit small on sizing, especially in the chest area, but even so it looks great. Sexier than normal.

Nice dress for a tall person had to be returned
Bought a dress after a friend's recommendation. It arrived within 4 days of ordering but unfortunately, it was much too long (both sleeves and overall length) so had to go back. The refund to my credit card took about a week. I don't like having to make returns and did think the return process was rather over complicated compared to, for example, John Lewis. I also dislike being bombarded with emails and apparently signed up for a loyalty scheme I didn't want and will now have to unsubscribe from.

Good purchase
Ordered a dress from Closet Gold collection and very happy with my order. It arrived on time with signature upon delivery, so I was able to confirm my experience.
Quality is good for the price, material and stitching is better than what I can find on the high street. However the sizing is limited and I will need to get my dress tailored for a better fit.
Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the returns and customer service experience so I cannot give 5 stars.

NOT EASY RETURNS.
The company say returns are easy.
They are not easy, you have to get a returns form from head office, then print it out, then post Royal Mail only. They charge £3 postage for returns, Closet do not let you know they have received package and up to ten days for money to return to your account. The dress looked nothing like the advertised dress. Will not be ordering again.

The other reviews are accurate in that it’s see through with no lining and agree that for the price there could be some lining or under skirt, at least in the chest. However I do love the style and flowey material and as long as you wear a nude/ skin tone undies it’s ok. (NB: White underwear will definitely show beneath this dress!)
