Beautiful dresses but wrinkled.
The dresses were fabulous as always but they arrived very badly wrinkled. For expensive dresses this was very disappointing. I’ve received your dresses in the past and they were perfectly packaged so hopefully this is a once off. They were prob returned by another customer but they should have been steamed and packaged properly.

The cut of this dress is just not right…
The cut of this dress is just not right - even sizing up so the waist is too big, it gapes at the front and the facing flops out. Obviously, as soon as you tie the sash at the back, that issue just gets worse.
Would probably suit someone flat chested and very slim though!

Appalling returns service
I was pleased with the delivery as the dress came within a few days of ordering it. However I am extremely disappointed with the returns service. Unfortunately the dress is too small. I tried it on the day it arrived and promptly requested a returns label . I have never been asked to upload photos of an item I wish to return before and 3 days later wait I am still waiting for the returns label to send the dress back .

I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding but didn’t like right on me so opted to return it but had fill in something to get a return label sadly I am still wait. Why make it so hard? I wrote an email and checked all folders but haven’t received anything as yet. Not good service

Beautiful Orange floral print dress
Orange floral print dress - perfect fit for size 10. Lovely bright pink/orange colour way. Can be dressed up with heels or down with trainers. I wore the dress for an all day event and because I was worried about creases I ironed using spray starch … perfect! Only minor comment is it’s very long and more like maxi for me at 5’ 3”

Disappointed with the sizing and w a quality
The dress was too small and I was disappointed with the quality of the material. My order arrived quickly but the returns process wasn’t straightforward. Information about how to return the package wasn’t that clear and the process seemed more complicated than other suppliers I’ve used.

I would have given a 5 star review but I’m yet to receive my refund. The company was great, parcel arrived quickly, quality of the dress was stunning-frustrating that I didn’t research that the sizes tend to come up a little small. Return process is super quick and easy, which was collected from my home. Fingers crossed my refund hits soon so I can order the bigger size!

The dresses I bought and tried on were both gorgeous and felt like really good quality. The return process was awful as the QR code wouldn’t scan and it took me several trips back and forth to the drop-off place until it finally could be sent off.
