This website is the worst. Their items doesn't look like what they display at all. Their item quality is very low and the worst thing that they lie to their customers. On their website they say we accept returns however, when I contacted them to make a refund, they offered mo only 15% refund. It very disappointing and I will never use it again and never recommended for anyone else. Worst website ever!!!!

They exploited a blogger who was wearing the dress, using her exact photos and the very same model to market it. However, when the item finally arrived, it was completely different. It was supposed to feature velvet, but instead, it was merely a printed design; furthermore, the stitching was poor and looked extremely cheap. This item is absolutely not worth the cost. I strongly advise against using this website, as it is a scam. Additionally, the order was significantly delayed: although the estimated delivery time was listed as two weeks, it did not arrive until a full month later.

One of the worst clothes websites ever, I purchased an embroidered dress , it took forever to arrive.also , it came PRINTED instead of real embroidered, for me I would give it Zero stars, don’t fail for this kind of scam

My family is still making fun of me that I fell for this scam company! The single worst item I have ever ordered ($93.00) for a ‘sweatshirt’ that was made of some indescribable fabric that you could stand up on its own! I want to make one of those ‘what I thought I ordered…what I got’ videos. Please save your $$$

I purchased clothes from them through Facebook and received them, but they didn't fit. (I followed their guide, still don't fit.) I went to return the items and was told that I had to pay return shipping and because it was international that the costs would be so high that I should just give the clothes to my friends and family.
I've confirmed that I want to return the items anyway to get some sort of return. (No one I know wants the clothes anyway.) They require that I agree that they will charge me to return the clothes, but wont tell how much they'll charge me, IN ADDITION to my paying high shipping charges to return the clothes. They've stonewalled me with saying repeatedly that they won't know how much they'll charge me until they receive the clothes.
The clothes took a couple months to arrive so make sure you're buying for NEXT season if you purchase!

Item was not as advertised. Advertised as linen/cotton but is polyester/cotton. Requested a refund. Surprise surprise, no response!
SCAM

My second order arrived in two weeks. The tracking information is really lacking and does not give an idea of when your clothes are going to come at all. My first order is still in the "Order received" stage and it has already been two weeks! It still has to arrive and get cleared by customs. So random! Very confusing and disappointing.

SCAM! THEY NEVER SENT THE PACKAGE AND I ORDERED IT OVER 2 MONTHS AGO! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shortly after ordering I realized this was a chinese scam and tried to immediately to cancel the order with no luck. I emailed many times and specifically asked to cancel/get a refund. The emails I received back were always in broken english and said that the products were high quality. Ironically I actually received the clothes yesterday with no receipt, return info, etc. The clothes WERE POOR QUALITY. I bought from the 100% Linen collection and literally NOTHING was linen. In addition one top had NO HEMS at the arms or bottom of shirt. It looked like a 10 year old cut material and of course was already fraying with out hems. On top of all this I really believe they wanted to use/abuse my credit card. I cancelled it and got a new one. I'm going to attempt to return everything for a refund if I can find an address to do so. The website doesn't have one although they said there was a 30 day hassle free guarantee. The only "address" on the package was "LAX Center" as in Los Angeles Airport. Wish I know where to report this company but I know it's hard since they are in China and use third party websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE WHICH JUST SET UP IN MAY 2020. IT'S A SCAM. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE FOR THEM.

Love my tanks! They run very small though and don’t have a lot of stretch but it’s great quality and they came pretty quick!

I note that the following details are reflected on your web site - it does not indicate anywhere that return shipping is expensive & discouraged!
I waited over 6 weeks to receive items that look nothing like the images.
There was no follow up regarding significant delay in shipping product ordered after my initial payment, however, my credit card charge was very promptly processed from your website.
It is reasonable to expect that products can be returned for a full refund when this is clearly communicated on the website.
You are providing false information & not honoring policies that are communicated at the time of purchase.
This is dishonest & deceiving selling tactics.

But the international postage is very expensive, ( please noticed the returned address is not on the parcel) and customers need to pay for the postage.

If you think polyester is linen then this site is fine. Icky fabric. I feel stupid to have fallen for this. I’m old enough to know better. Save your money. Save face.

Ordered 2 pairs of linen pants that were the same style and size, but different colors. Didn't realize that these were coming from China.

The pants are not linen, but a scratchy polyester/cotton blend. The sizing is very inconsistent. One pair of pants has a 2 inch wider waist than the other, but neither fit me. The pleats on the front of the pants are very uneven and off center.

Since I'm already out money, I thought about trying to make them work by tailering them, but after 1 wash on a delicate cycle, the stitching is coming loose.

Don't waste your time.

Cute pictures, Poor website, poor customer service, tried to cancel my order and received no communication back. The company took my money immediately and sent an incorrect order two months later, as I was disputing the order through paypal.

Very disappointed- buyer beware- do not order from this company!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered women's medium linen pants and got women's small linen capris. They took forever to arrive ... clear indication they're from China, although this is not clear at the ordering stage. I wish I had done more research before I ordered. Repeated emails to them results in repeated requests from them to send pictures along with a boilerplate email in bad English. Pretty sure their 'customer service' is a robot. Total scam.

I'm not usually stupid about spending money, but the pants looked and sounded good, so I ordered. They are NOT. NOT linen or anything close, NOT from US/Mexico (China), pretty much NOT returnable.......Call me sucker......I am NOT happy with clothestylish, plus I was afraid their package was contaminated with something.....

I would give this company a zero if I could. I ordered button pocket linen pants, but what finally arrived after a month are polyester and cotton. The fabric is thin and cheap and does not even have a linen-type texture. In addition the pants are waaaay too short. I am 5-7 and they stop at my calves. There is no return label on the package. If you want a refund, they offer gift cards instead. If you send items back, they will deduct their cost of shipping to you and you must pay the return shipping. Only deal with this company if you want to waste your time and lose your money.

WHY did I try one of these sites again? WHY did I not check Trustpilot first? The item I ordered was described as "cotton and linen." What I received was cheap polyester. They make returning the item nearly impossible by offering $5 or $6 gift cards, which i would never use after seeing the quality of the product I received. I keep telling them I do not want a gift card! Their last response: "We can refund you only after receiving the returned package. I asked for the return address they keep referring to. The only saving grace in this awful experience is that someone from their customer service does seem to be very responsive in replying to my emails and giving me their pat answers.
