I’m sharing this to warn anyone considering using Cloudbet.

My account was suddenly locked, and my $500 balance was confiscated without warning. When I contacted support, I received a generic reply accusing me of violating their Terms (multiple accounts).

Yes — I used a VPN and had more than one account. However, I NEVER abused bonuses or attempted to exploit the platform in any way.

Despite that, Cloudbet:

Permanently restricted my account
Confiscated my funds
Refused to provide any real evidence
Offered no fair review or appeal process
Closed communication entirely

I even tried to resolve this reasonably by requesting ONLY my original deposit back — they refused.

Let that sink in: they kept my money and refused even a partial refund.

This is extremely concerning behavior for a platform handling user funds.

At this point:

I am filing a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
I am documenting everything publicly
I will continue exposing this case across Trustpilot, Reddit, and Bitcointalk

My account blocked for 6 months after try to withdraw some money from the account they blocked my account. I have over 1000 usd on my account. I am going to write this matter in all forum

My account is blocked after I try to withdraw from cloudbet account, I mostly bet on ATP/WTA tennis. They said that they will do investigation and which can take 6 months. My current account balance is 2069 USD, I think my money is gone, guys please stay away from cloudbet.
If you win something and try to withdraw your account could be blocked without any reason

Another Scam and fraudulent casino.
Winning players are not allowed, you will be allowed to deposit thousands, but you will not be allowed to withdraw if you are winning. Cloudbet blocks winning accounts claiming "Suspicious activity" as an excuse to steal players money. Avoid this place if you value your time and money, you will not be able to withdraw.

When i was up and won in one day $20K they sent me the withdraw without a problem, it was an hit on 8.00x i think idk
After that i again ended up next day in profit and withdraw was sent instantly.
Besides withdraw the best thing, BEST BEST BEST thing they have is the Bet Builder thing. The only casino where i can play on let say Ukraine league soccer as Bet Builder and have GOOD GOOD limits.

Usually any other casino they let you play like $50 and thats it, this one let me play $4000 on any Parlay (BetBuilder)

WARNING: Account locked & funds frozen for 6 months without proof!
I strongly advise everyone to be careful with Cloudbet. On 20/3/2026, they suddenly logged me out, locked my account, and froze my entire balance.

Their Risk Department sent a vague email claiming my account is under a "6-month investigation for betting behavior." They provided zero evidence, zero specific details about which terms I supposedly violated, and no clear timeframe for resolution. Holding a player's money for half a year based on a generic excuse is unacceptable and feels like a scam tactic to steal funds.

I am a legitimate bettor. I have stated clearly to their support that I am 100% willing to provide full KYC documents and all cryptocurrency transaction hashes from my wallets to prove my deposits are clean. Still, they just reply with automated, copy-paste emails.

I have already filed a formal complaint on AskGamblers. If you are considering depositing your crypto here, think twice. They can freeze your money at any time with no explanation.
Update (March 27): Cloudbet replied to this review with PR talk just to save face. They claim "suspicious activity" but still absolutely refuse to tell me what it is. I have offered my full KYC and crypto TxIDs, but they ignore it. Saying they are "trying to resolve it quickly" is a lie; their support emails explicitly tell me to wait 6 months. Do not trust their public replies here.

My winnings were supposed to be 233$s but even though they accepted my bet after the game they changed the winning amount to 115$s completely removing one of my bets even though my bet was accepted and funds deducted from my balance. The issue was that even though my 2nd bet for the same game was accepted their odd got glitched at 1.5 for this game and I placed a 2nd bet for the game and then the odd was much higher .
Cloudbet did pay out pretty fast every one of my bets but this time they stole from my winnings.
Now they are asking me for a screenshot after the game had ended and after the game has ended they remove one of my two bets for the game and my winnings became 115$s instead of 233$s.
It is not my fault their screen glitched and odds got stuck but my funds were definetly deducted and 2nd bet for the game was approved.
Had a solid experience so far with cloudbet but this time and another time when they deducted funds from my wallet but did not confirm bet was accepted and said they could only confirm so after the game.
I would had not complained about this issue like I havent complained 1st time when they deducted funds from my balance but did not confirm if the bet was accepted till after the game because then my bet lost but this time I won and I was not given the full amount.
Cloudbet please make it right.

Support is very slow, they raise always to another support team and they always promise “we Will contact you on e-mail” but nothing happens, support wise not the best. The support also one time corrected my Bet for a win but toke it back anyway and made my balance negative, support makes a lot of mistakes, the is not perfect need some improvements, overall 2/10 casino site, not recommended
