I very rarely leave reviews but praise where praise is due. We are so fortunate that our website company linked us up with cloud heroes to host our cloud, domain and emails. We have had far more support than we deserved (office full of sell confessed blondes) but “cloud guy” AKA Ben has been an amazing support. Any issues, he takes over the offending desktop and fixes it. We are clueless when it comes to computers but with these guys at the end of the phone we have never felt alone.

Keep up the good work and thanks for the help over the last year or so. 😀

I've had a VPS with Cloud Heroes for almost 2 years now and have experienced 0% downtime and the support is incredibly fast and smooth. More than recommended without a doubt - don't think twice about going with them and giving them a call today.

My new Cloud has given me the piece of mind that our data has an additional layer of security to protect it. It has also helped speed up access to our documentation here in the office and given me quick, ready access to important documentation when I'm on site with clients. Only yesterday, this enabled me to provide some important risk assessment templates to a customer whilst on site remotely, to enable them to undertake them same day and submit to their client. Improved service delivery all round!

When my website represents a reasonable income to my business, I needed reliable, business critical hosting. After experiencing outages with some of the "larger" hosting providers it quickly became apparent that they have so many customers you were only a number!

Enter Cloud Heroes. These guys understood my needs, offered solutions to ensure my site was constantly up and performed well. Although a smaller outfit, they had everything I needed and a friendly UK support team. I cannot praise these guys enough!

I have no hesitation in recommending Pete and his team at Cloud Heroes. I've done it many times, to clients, friends, contacts. If you need to rely on email, telephony, cloud storage - and there are few businesses that don't - then Cloud Heroes will deliver honest advice, fair prices and a reliable service. And if there is a problem, they are on the end of a phone or email.

After moving clients to Cloud Heroes, I coudln't believe the speed increase with videos and web pages loading almost instantly, and I have yet to receive an email from any clients.
