Qualcuno sa dirmi se questa azienda esiste o è una truffa? Questa notte mi hanno prelevato 60€ dal conto corrente e io non ho nemmeno idea di chi siano. Mandato mail e scritto al servizio clienti ma le risposte sono robotiche, per niente professionali e seri e comunque mi hanno intortato in qualche modo dicendomi che devo aspettare 10 gg per il rimborso. Ma perché? Ho chiesto di mandarmi gli estremi di pagamento del rimborso con i miei dati ma niente, volevo sapere quando avrei sottoscritto il loro contratto, silenzio stampa! Vergognoso! Io non aspetto niente e prenderò provvedimenti seri nel frattempo.
