While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

scammers!

scammers!
They take your money and do not offer you the product. They don't have support, they do not answer you.
You cannot cancel subscribtion and they delete your account after 1-2 days.
And they keep charging your card every month. Please people write complaints to stripe so they will take action against them!

Their slick website is full of false promises…

Their slick website is full of false promises including 24/7 customer service except they “forgot” to add a link to customer service on their SUBSCRIBER’S landing page so I had to contact them through the contact form for NON-customers and still haven’t gotten a reply days later despite multiple emails to them. Their customer service is non- existent. Their product does not deliver. Go elsewhere.

Total scam

Glad I paid with Paypal. I never received my order and contacted "customer service" on Instagram on email, I could tell it was fake because the support person had a different name than the name that was programmed in there. They offered me a refund or a free diffuser and I chose the refund (duh), as it had been about 2 months and I was promised to receive it within 3 days. Like, come on dude. Finally, I had PayPal intervene and they gave me a refund instantly after a week. Thanks Paypal.

Never received my order

Never received my order after months of chasing! Every week I would email for a update and they would say "sorry, you're on the top of the list and we should ship next week!" And then hear nothing, email again and repeat. Requested a full refund which is apparently in process now. Just avoid this site.

unauthorized card charges, bad service

Cloudy.email asks for credit card but they dont have option to remove the credit card from your account after. So i couldnt remove it. If you dont use their service they charge your card for account inactivity 1$/month. How legal is this practice? I contacted my bank to freeze my credit card so that they cant take money from it. 2) Regarding the service my test emails were going to spam. The support told me it was my mistake but even if i tried i couldnt make it work. I moved to mailchimp and no issues.
