Ordered a jumper

Ordered a jumper. Came quick which is good. But I’ve been emailing the address given on the site to process a refund but haven’t received a response. It’s been over a week and two emails have been sent and still nothing. I’m most likely going to be out of pocket now with a jumper I can’t wear.

Fantastic brand

Fantastic brand! The quality of material and designs are amazing. The team are super supportive and always on hand to help in a timely manner. I have had to return/exchange a few items over the last 2 years as my son has been between sizing. This has always been easy and straightforward. Exchanges happen quickly and refunds are within policy timelines.
I can not recommend this brand enough and will continue to shop with them

Ordered from here about 4 times now

Ordered from here about 4 times now, not a single complaint. The pieces are sized well and keep their quality over time. From the marketing, to the product, to Sara at customer service - everything about the company is impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient and customer-focused support

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the products I’ve received. Unfortunately, for the first time one of the items I ordered was defective. After contacting customer support, they replied very quickly (within less than 24 hours), listened to my issue and offered a replacement solution.

This level of efficiency is really appreciated and shows that they genuinely do their best to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Sara @ Club 1984 - Excellent Customer Service

I had submitted a return which I was concerned would not get processed by the returns team at Club 1984. Sara was on hand to give clarity on any concerns I had and process anything where required. I can't thank her enough for help throughout the process. Will happily shop here again.

George Orwell was right, 1984 isn’t the best.

If you want to purchase clothing and actually receive it, shop elsewhere. Ordered and paid for an item, complete with next day delivery, only for the item not to arrive. Contacted customer services 3 times only to be told nearly a week later that they had sold my item to someone else as that they had experienced a ‘stocking error’. No compensation or offer of good faith was provided beyond a somewhat templated emailed apology and the obvious offer refund/exchange (dictated by consumer rights), the latter of which wasn’t possible due to the fact the site had closed its limited window. Disappointed, as the creativity clearly shown in the designing of their merchandise isn’t matched by their operational acumen.

Sara the superstar

I had to leave a review to say that I’ll be ordering from Club 1984 again, very specifically because of the absolute diamond that is Sara, the customer service manager.
I had ordered a Christmas present for my partner in October that arrived super quickly. Unfortunately, on the Christmas Day try on, it was a bit big so I needed to exchange it. I was helped out by customer service with my return form and that was that - or so I thought.
I realised after a while that I’d sent the return to the old HQ address on the returns form, and not the address I’d been given in the email from the customer service member. On the tracking for my return this was showing as ‘return to sender’, but I’d also not provided a return address.
Over Christmas and into January I’d been dealing with a member of my family being ill and sadly passing away, so I can only think that I was functioning on autopilot and hadn’t realised my series of mistakes. I felt awful that my partner would then not have one of his Christmas gifts.
Before replacing it with something else, I reached out to Club 1984 to see if there was anything they could do to help me track down the parcel. I explained the situation and to be honest was expecting nothing. Sara, who replied to my email, was so kind, so compassionate, so human and any other lovely adjective you can think of. She not only gave me advice on what to do with Royal Mail but found the item that I was after in the size I needed and sent it out the following day.
In such a difficult time when I had so many things to try and sort out, not having to think about buying another gift brought me so much relief. I was genuinely touched by how Sara responded to all my messages and I thoroughly appreciated it. The fact as well that I’m still fighting with Royal Mail to find out where on earth the parcel is, and being passed from post offices to phone numbers to websites just speaks volumes to the speed and responsiveness of Club 1984s customer service and Sara.
So I’m glad my partner loves the clothes because he’s going to be getting them for birthdays and Christmases as I’ll be continuing to spend my money with Club 1984. And thank you again to Sara to whom I’m forever grateful.

Great experience with Club1984.

Great experience with Club1984.
The online customer service is absolutely top-notch — very professional, friendly, and incredibly fast to respond. You really feel taken care of at every step. The only downside is that since the UK left the EU, additional customs fees apply, which is unfortunately out of the company’s control. Overall, a very reliable company with excellent service, and I would definitely recommend them.

T-shirt replacement.

I purchased a T-shirt from them back in August and the quality was top tier and design was amazing. Unfortunately, after only 3 washes the lettering was flaking off on the front. I contacted them about this issue and with no fuss they offered to send me a replacement one. Top tier customer service from Sara and I’ll be sure to order from them again.

Wrong size, Sara calmed me

I’ve placed an order on the 27 Dec 25…

I’ve placed an order on the 27 Dec 25 and still have not had any confirmation when my order will be delivered. Only hung they sent was an email confirming the order receipt. i ordered over £250 worth clothing. I’ve sent 3 separate email no reply at all , very poorly service so far,

Still not received my refund for something I sent back a month ago , responded once at the start when they sent tracking , sent about 4 email since then no responses. So club1984 no point replying to this saying ohh our customer service email is this … because that’s what I’ve been trying to contact for the past month . Get it sorted and send me my money I’m due
