I would say it is a fake and don't order anything in club factory , none give you any answer, the chat room doesn't work. It is a SCAM.

Very bad service. No one will respond. My advise, dont order any product.

I would not even give 1 star. Their service is that horrible. I haven't received my parcel and its out for delivery for like a week now. On top of that I received a message saying customer refused to accept the order wen they haven't even called me once. They haven't cancelled my order as well so no refund till date too. Horrible.

Very poor products and service............... if you return any products due to poor quality they did not return the money.

My brother ordered few products from club factory and he missed the delivery boy on the day of its delivery. He called to the club factory helpline number and they deducted 8000 ruppes from his bank account.
Club Factory should be ban in India.
They are fraud.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I RETURN MY ORDER. BUT STILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY THE STATUS SHOW THE RETURN PRODUCT IS REJECTED FOR TWO WEEKS. BUT THE MONEY OR THE PRODUCT NOT GET BACK. I CALL THIS CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THAT PERSON ASKING MY AADHAR NUMBER AND DEBIT CARD NUMBER AND ALSO PAN CARD NUMBER UNNECESSARY. EVEN ASK THE OTP THAT I RECEIVED MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. SO GUYS PLEASE CAREFUL ON THIS CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS

Yuar servic is very very Bad. Club factory se koi Bhi Kuch mat kharido. Duplicate hai ye sub. Chitya MEI nikalte hai logo ko

Excellent service

If you return your item they start cheating. They detect Rs. 90 from your balance. This is very bad impression on customer. Such type of site and app should be banned.

club factory dont even deserve one star.. such a third grade shopping site. their delivery service pickup service refund is all bogus..i m greatly fallen in trouble by purchasing an item since 30th oct and its no refund is done till date.. ita a bloody month passed awaiting my money back and even after being behind the customer executive to pick up the item and get refund, they seem to be so irresponsible that they havent returned the item back to the seller and hence godknows when i will get the refund. Bogus service. the customer care number doesnot exist.

Taking too much time in delivery of the product, and customer care executive is not responsible well ,

this number is a fake number. i had ordered for 4 products made a card payment. but recieved only 3 items. the carrer company has no idea about the last product. they dont want to share the help line number.. web site has no number to call on.. wen i googled found 707065994 as club factoys help line... but it belongs to some raaz kumar . said he needs my google pay id so that he can transfer the money and instead he sent me a link that would deductt 4900 rs from my acc... this a shame on website...there is abslolutely no way i can get in touch with some one about missing product or money refund.. i need help

Its real bad. I ordered 3 things, out of which only 1 was proper. The headset and screen guard I received were truly opposite to what I ordered.

I placed and paid for my order for a gorilla tempered glass, as given in description for Redmi note 6 pro.

But I got a plastic screen guard which no were near the size of my Phone. The offers they give you will definitely cheat you.

This one is in par with Eazeedeals in matters like this.

Don't buy anything from club factory because iteams shown very attractive on first look and you ordered iteams and then after it will take min. 1mnth for delivery and whatever iteams you check... It's like garbage. Please please don't attract from look.
