I’d recently bought a pair of G fore…
I’d recently bought a pair of G fore shoes and after only 2 wears, the fabric in the heel had split. I’d contacted clubhouse via email explaining the situation, they’d swiftly raised a warranty claim with G fore on my behalf. Within a few days they’d got back to me and sorted out the refund. Whilst I was disappointed with the quality of the shoes, it was no fault of clubhouse. Helen in customer services went above and beyond to get it sorted for me.

My son received a GPS Golf Watch as a…
My son received a GPS Golf Watch as a birthday present in June 2026. The charger was faulty and we contacted Club House Golf with pictures & the Invoice. They emailed to say they will send a new charger. It is now 10th September and after 3 months of emails they say they don’t have correct codes for DPD to pass Customs !! Probably the worst customer service ever received and he still has not got the charger!!
