Wasn't sure what to expect but took a chance. Ordered 3 jerseys as part of the buy 2 get 1 free deal. 2 Rangers jerseys and a PSG one. Very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the quality and the standard of the products. Communication was very good and delivery time was well within the promised timescale. I would absolutely purchase again and recommend.

Really pleasantly surprised by this. I bought four "mystery" shirts and was worried I'd get a poor selection of unpopular shirts. I actually got four great shirts that my son absolutely loves. Highly recommended.

I have ordered about 4/5 times now from this site and am more than happy with my purchase . Delivery is about 10’daya or so and the shirts are very good. No doubt I will continue to buy more

So much to choose from, even unexpected items. Decent pricing.

Made 2 or 3 orders from this site and I’ve never had an issue. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks or so but the shirts are very good and you can add printing to them all, I’d recommend ordering a size up from usual as they can be small fitting.

Generally had a good experience until I received a sarcastic comment after I returned an order - ‘Let’s try not to need another refund on your latest order please.’
I had placed another order already so they were still making a sale. It’s a shame that the unprofessionalism ruined the experience.

I bought a custom Napoli shirt and unfortunately the delivery through YODEL was lost. The head of sales James had contacted me for a review and I asked that he look into my order. He concluded it was lost and I requested that any new order be completed through Royal Mail to ensure it arrived swiftly. James ensured the order was re-completed and sent as requested and it arrived a week later via my requested postal service. James was very responsive via emails. Would use club retros again due to the customer service however would suggest YODEL is avoided as a courier, always seem to have issues with them personally!
