Good customer service and arrived on time

I ordered from Sydney, Australia (Order No. 32809). Took just over 3 weeks to arrive from the date I ordered but I was really happy with the 4 shirts I received. Really impressed by the level of detail on the crest and manufacturer embroidery as well as the sponsor logos etc. Definitely happy with the quality and will order more in future. I was a little worried with the amount of time it was taking but when I reached out to Club Retros they were really quick to reply with feedback that reassured me. Good experience overall.

i have ordered 3 kits for two boys for christmas- items are very high quality and fast delivery. Would recommend to size up one size.

Thoroughly impressed with the selection available and the quality of the kits. They managed to source the exact style/colour of player names on shirts from the early 90’s..amazing. Looks great! Did had one (a medium) that came up a little small in comparison with other mediums ordered and the very helpful and accommodating customer service swiftly sorted a return and replacement. Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely be a return customer.

I have accidentally put the wrong address to get delivered to 2 times while buying from here, i sent an email both times asking if the delivery address can be changed and in less than an hour, they change it for me. To make it better, the shirts turn up in absolutely amazing quality and couldnt ask for much better.

Everything was wrong with this! First, the postage was late, when queried, been told it will be delivered on time... When it didn't arrive on time, been told to be patient and when the patience ran out been told by the so called "Head of Sales" that they didn't mess me about. However the shirts weren't even dispatched by this point. After a lengthy wait, shirts arrived and guess what, the customised one was wrong size, been asked to prove it by sending pictures and qualityof the other shirts were terrible! I wouldn't waste my money on these people. When I wanted to return them as I wasn't happy, I have been called "Rude" and take the temperature down a notch! This company or whatever you want to call it is terrible with 0 Customer service skills and Empathy for the customers. When I asked am I supposed to be paying to return these, they said Yes then offered me "Free Return" in exchange for not leaving a negative review! If you see their reply to my Honest review which I can prove with evidence of the emails back and forth, you will get an idea what type of company you will be dealing with! If I could, I would score 0!

I have bought 6 or 7 jerseys from Club retro now and the jerseys are consistently excellent quality. I have also reached out to the Customer support team with a query and got a very fast response. There is nothing to fault about them. Keep up the good work
