Our experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing. What was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into unnecessary stress. Upon arrival, we spent over an hour documenting issues in the house that should never have been there in the first place.
To make matters worse, the host is now trying to charge us for tiny damages that were clearly already present, simply because they weren’t visible in the photos we managed to take. This is not only unfair, but completely contradictory to basic hospitality and customer service.
You cannot expect guests to cover costs for a house that was already falling apart upon arrival. Attempting to shift these pre-existing problems onto us is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional rental experience.

We verbleven in een prachtig appartement met ons gezin en zouden hier zeker terug komen of in een ander appartement van club villamar.
A great rental company, the communication beforehand was excellent. Thanks to online login, the key handover went very quickly. They were very helpful and spoke fluent English.
We stayed in a beautiful apartment with our family and would definitely return here or to another Club Villamar apartment.

If you want to know anything about the area or if you need anything, they respond immediately. It's a great place to be when you're on vacation. They are very customer-friendly and make sure you have a wonderful holiday. We'll definitely be back.

I am deeply disappointed with our recent stay at Villa Piloto. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several serious issues that made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
To begin with, the entire villa had a strong, unpleasant smell of feces. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a toilet brush that was visibly contaminated. The kitchen was just as bad, with greasy countertops and a dishwasher full of leftover food. The sofa in the living room was stained and covered in crumbs, adding to the overall feeling of neglect.
The pool was another major letdown. It was dirty upon our arrival and remained so despite multiple complaints. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, which was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.
To make matters worse, we received an email asking us to leave positive reviews on social media. Considering the conditions we faced, I am more inclined to warn others about our experience.
We are extremely dissatisfied with Villa Piloto and feel that appropriate compensation is warranted for the many inconveniences we endured.
DON’T BOOK THIS VILLA!!!!
The villa looks better on the pictures than that it actually is. There is no airco in the bedrooms so it’s extremely hot. You have to walk through the front door and then a lot of stairs down to go to the swimming pool. The villa is also really outdated and looks like it’s falling apart. And after your stay the try to take your deposit by making b*llsh*t claims and they don’t even show what the price really is. We paid before hand for a cleaner and afterwards we had to pay again by not getting all of our deposit back. DON’T BOOK THIS VILLA!!!!

Edit: Club Villamar gave us a Voucher that can be used during 2021 and 2022, that solves our problem.
I still wish that this could have happened from the start but they cleaned up the misstake so i will add one star, after our visit I will update it again.

Read VERY carefully on exactly what you are agreeing on. We booked a villa early 2020 for this summer 2021 and payed for a extra covid insurance (we didn't know by then how things where going to play out).
Situation today is quite horrible, No vaccine for us yet so we can't travel, but the money is lost.
This misstake costed us 1200€.
They say "The goverment has'nt forbidden travels from europe" and thats it, we couldn't change the date or nothing, no help what so ever.
They use the word SORRY a lot but they don't really care about you as a customer, I would look on other alternatives if I where you.
Unhelpful, money grabbers, inflexible
We booked last year for a trip this year believing that the covid situation would be over, this was done via a third party booking agent. Once we got to January 21 we realised that all is not well with the covid situation and requested to see if the dates could be pushed back a year . NO Spain’s borders are open despite us facing a £5000 fine in place until end June 21 if we have no legitimate reason to travel . This company have been totally inflexible and have refused any requests to move the dates. We have been disappointed by a complete lack of willingness to help, only being advised to pay the final payment and wait and see what happens! All this while the uk government says we face fines ...... Not happy it seems they only want our money !!!!!
Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. Communication very poor, always scamming you for more money. We’ve lost about 4000€ for a vacation we’re not even going to due to COVID. We tried to arrange an off-season substitute date, explained that our country (and plenty of others on our way there) has put Spain on a list of countries that are not safe to travel to, that we have elders that were supposed to come with us and they would be in a great danger, that we might have problems getting back home as the borders are slowly closing/extremely restricting rules upon entry and that the situation is just going to worsen from September. We were supposed to start our vacation September 5th. They just keep repeating that according to their gvt Spain is a safe country. Yeah, sure. And pigs can fly. Very disappointed by their approach.

They are thiefs refusing to pay for annulation currently connecting my loyer. To get 1400 back. Extra info i had annulation insurence and they keep coming with some bs reasons to not pay. Do not rent here!!!!!! Update they are trying to steal another 2800 euros from us for a vacation we are not even going to because of covid-19. Absulutely idiotic this company never renting here again.
Not recommended
A lot of us have been hit by Covid-19 and had to cancel plans.
Unfortunately, this company will not take anything into consideration and did not offer any refund or even provide alternatives for a change of date.
We had other plans for summer 2020 and every other company we had a reservation with either refunded us or offer alternate options.
I personally judge a company when something goes unplanned not when something goes as it should...
I'd recommend using more trustworthy company for your vacation.
