Rebecca and Phil had a, short notice cancellation.
I felt very unprepared, but took a deep breath and grasped the opportunity.
After tricky years when I’ve had no attention to spare it my house became beset by deposits of clutter and some of the storage and systems I did have weren’t working well.
In our 3 hours my back bedroom became an oasis of space, rather than a dumping ground.
Where there were ugly stacks of stuff desecrating what I’d come to think of as my “So -called “Dining Room”” you can see clear floor and wall and, while putting away some of the things I still needed to keep my kitchen storage arrangement was improved.
With such rapid and welcome, visible, progress I’m motivated to continue myself but I thought it would be handy to have a timescale and a review session so Rebecca and I have identified homework tasks and fixed an on line follow up session.

What a wonderful service. I was recommended by a friend but it took me nearly a year to make contact. I had lost my wife, the house was cluttered and I was not able to keep it clean. Phil and Rebecca were very kind, non-judgemental. In 2 visits they removed 2 vanfuls of books, old laptops, phones, and plenty other sundry items. They cleared my loft of long forgotten items. The process was quite emotional. They were very supportive. They made suggestions as to how I could organise my space better. They transformed my bedroom which has led to better sleep. I love their effort and willingness to not let things end up in landfill. Highly recommended.

I used Clutter Cleared to help me with my bedroom which had become incredibly messy, due to to many reasons but mainly because of my mental health. Rebecca & Phil are two of the most of non judgemental and compassionate people I have met. Throughout the whole process they listened to me and allowed me time and space as we were going through stuff in my room. In four hours we managed a lot more than I would have on my own and it was done in both a professional & compassionate manner.

What I was also impressed with that nearly everything I no longer needed or wanted would find a new home or purpose; what went in the bin was just one small bag which was basically the contents of my bin at the beginning of the day.

I would highly recommend using Clutter Cleared if you are struggling with a messy space in your home, I feel lighter and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

They were lovely people, very hard working. Decluttering is a huge physical undertaking and they made that very easy. The psychological bit is harder and, although I’m very pleased with the result and will book them again, at the moment I’m in the space where everything is clean and tidy but nothing’s in the right place - my problem, not theirs.

Rebecca and Phil were no less than excellent in every way and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Having moved house just over a year ago I was ready to let go of things that don’t fit well into my new home. I moved just after my mother had died and had some things of sentimental value from her as well as childhood things kept by my father. I had a wedding dress which I was ambivalent about letting go. Some items large (a four poster bed) and some right down to small items, clothes, confidential material that I no longer need to store, I booked 3 hours- I’m amazed at what we achieved in that time! I put this down to their immediate availability to listen and see what I needed and had in mind, their ability to understand the situation, their organisation- they came equipped with all those little things that you don’t know you need until you need them-everything at hand, which supported flow from decision to action. They have thought about the whole system- all the connections- the transitions where things can get stuck. For example- Rebecca used her contacts immediately she saw items, to place things - my wedding dress had found a home within 30 minutes and one that fit with my value of it. Nothing goes to landfill - Phil and Rebecca use their skills, experience and creativity to see where items can be transformed and who would appreciate them. This is exactly the kind of service that can enable us to flow with material goods that we no longer need in such a way that there is no waste. I am so happy and inspired by them and feel so good about what they are doing with all the things - what would have taken me 6 months took 3 hours! They made easy contact with me straight away, were respectful throughout and were willing to contribute ideas, ask questions that I hadn’t thought of. It’s so fantastic to need help and actually get fantastic help and support even better that you realised was possible. We worked together to move furniture, make decisions and when I was with one of them sorting something out the other would go off and do another part of the job, no fuss, smooth and easy. My space is transformed and I’m on to my spring building project. I highly recommend.

Very professional, trustworthy and always do brilliant work. Recycling and finding new homes for unwanted items won me over.
I can thoroughly recommend them.
