Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato un motore pagando anticipatamente tramite bonifico e, da quel momento, è diventato quasi impossibile avere risposte. Ho provato a chiamare più volte ai numeri indicati, senza successo, e ottenere informazioni sulla spedizione è stato estremamente difficile.
A oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il motore e la mancanza di comunicazione mi ha creato molta preoccupazione. Quando un cliente paga in anticipo, ha il diritto di essere aggiornato sullo stato dell’ordine e di poter contattare facilmente il venditore.
