Our pipes at work burst at midnight last week and flooded the whole building which set off our alarm and keyguard George Hawkins was sent to our building. He went above and beyond to help and by the time I was able to get on site he had isolated the problem, turned the mains water supply off and made sure to move all of our desks away from the walls to limit the water damage.

I could not recommend him highly enough and he was invaluable to us in showing us around the house and assessing the extent of the damage to make sure our building was secure.

CMS were absolutely brilliant over the weekend. A fault with our alarm meant that an engineer had to come overnight on Friday. They looked after the property overnight and dealt with the line engineer too, saving my weekend!

I needed CMS to be present at my property to arrange delivery of a particularly bulky parcel. The delivery company were concerned about the over size and weight of the parcel and getting it from the van to inside the house. CMS offered to assist with the off loading and got everything done with the minimum of fuss.

We are on holiday in Spain and the alarm was activated in our UK home.
We were informed within a few minutes by CMS Key Holders that there was a potential problem.
As we were worried that there could have been a break-in we were connected to the CMS employee who was on sight. His attitude and efficiency was fantastic and he reassured us that all was ok. He checked the around our home a reset the alarm.
The fee we pay CMS is the best value we have ever had and it sets our minds at rest when we are away.

Excellent service, from telephone contact to "rescue" :-) Horrible rainy day in London and yet Paul arrived not only with my keys but also with a smile. Made forgetting my keys at work a little less painful!

Jason at CMS has Provided us with an exceptional level of service particularly recently when there was a BT fault on the line. Jason kindly offered to assist us from ringing Redcare, BT and our alarm company on our behalf and then feeding back to us via email and phone over the next 25 hours. On another occasion when we were abroad, there was a delay with BT connecting up the new alarm line, Jason however was in constant contact with us and made sensible suggestions from arranging a drive by with the patrol cars through the night to posting a security guard inside the property. Really appreciate it.

I have been a client of CMS for well over 25 years. From time to time there have been break-ins or attempted break-ins in my office and they were always dealt with swiftly and competently. Everything was always made secure before the key guard left. Burglar alarms always seem to go off on rainy nights over the week-end and it has been very reassuring to have the premises checked and to be told that it was a false alarm and I could go back to sleep.

Fortunately there have been no attempted burglaries in my office for a number of years, but I have found CMS very helpful in for instance letting visitors from abroad into my house when I could not be there. But this week they surpassed themselves. On Tuesday evening I was scheduled to fly abroad. In the rush to clear my desk in the office, I left my laptop there. I discovered that when I was packing at home in the early evening. I was in a total panic because I am self employed and use my laptop constantly to give a prompt and professional service to clients from wherever I am. I quickly worked out that if I returned to the office I would miss my flight. I called CMS who calmly confirmed that there would be no difficulty in one of their guards collecting the laptop from my office and bringing it to me at Heathrow. I normally carry all the contract details in my wallet but in my panic I could not find them - but the person I spoke to calmly found out enough about me to satisfy himself that I was who I claimed to be and agreed to help without bureaucratically refusing to budge without the contract details. I finished packing and took a taxi to Heathrow. I checked in and waited on the pavement outside the terminal and to my relief and delight the guard showed up on his motor bike about 15 minutes later so that I was still in good time. And he had thought to bring the charger with him, which I had not mentioned to anyone when I was explaining that I needed the laptop.

And despite the time that the whole exercise took the charge was very reasonable. So I was relieved, impressed and very grateful.

Potential nightmare avoided last week by the rapid attendance of a CMS key guard. The situation was calmly and professionally managed over the phone and on the ground.

I signed up for this company because I wanted a fast response time should my residential alarm go off while I was away. I was fed the line that the response time was fast and an image of a motorbike was on the official papers. However, my experience has been totally to the contrary. On 22nd December I needed them to attend my property and it took 53 minutes for them to attend, plenty of time for a burglar to empty the house of anything useful/valuable. Fortunately this was not a burglary but I have since found out that my keys are no longer kept in London (they used to be apparently), they are now in Barnet. This is NOT what I signed up for. I am seriously dissatisfied and when I made this plain on 22nd December they said they would "look into it". Needless to say, I have heard nothing.

Your reply below, posted 14 minutes ago and nearly an hour after you acknowledged my email detailing that this was NOT just a follow up call, but that your operative was going to treat it as a burglary response is simply disingenuous. In my email I detailed all the times of the calls and the response time was truly as stated. I am suspicious of your posting this after receiving my email where you state that you will fully look into this, seems not.

CMS Key holding attended a ram-raid at one of our locations, they liaised with Police ensuring no product was taken from the damaged display window. They assisted in coordinating the clear up of broken glass and made safe and boarded up the damaged window. They were in constant contact with our in-house team, and were professional and efficient in dealing with the situation. I would like to extend thanks to Paul Williamson and Gregory Norton-Smith who attended the incident for there prompt service and outstanding performance. Thank You.

We have been Banhams CMS clients at our London house for many years. On a recent holiday I awoke and turned on my mobile to find a voicemail left several hours earlier telling me that a power cut had tripped the alarm during the night - and asking if we would like a key holder to attend. The anxiety caused by this message turned to relief as I then opened an email telling me that a key holder had attended, re-set the fuse box and the alarm and left the house in good order! Great service that left us free to enjoy the rest of our holiday.

The service has always been good but in particular during a recent incident. The guard who attended (twice) last night went above and beyond by securing a fire door which was causing multiple alarm activations. Please pass on our thanks and we hope he continues the good work.

CMS has been the key holder to my central London property for a number of years. Travelling extensively, the property is often empty, having CMS on standby in case of an alarm call has been a real comfort. In the past year I have used CMS to visit the property for less dramatic reasons, once because I was worried that I had not turned off an electrical appliance, the other to allow for furniture delivery. On both occasions the 24 hour desk was very responsive and helpful, quickly understood the issues and delivered 100% on the promised timing and details. On the first item they were present within 40 minutes, on the second item they even co-ordinated directly with the delivery company to ensure they were present at the exact time and IDs could be checked.
Carefully locking up and resetting the alarm, with an attendance report provided with an hour of each visit, was impressive.
CMS provides great peace of mind, and a truly professional service and friendly. I unreservedly recommend them to look after any property. They can be trusted.
