the product you put out is great but the wait time for the package is very long

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, do not buy a tattoo machine from this company I bought a kronos machine and it was broken when I received it. For the first 2 weeks they had me sending videos of the problthen they have completely ignored my emails and WhatsApp msgs. Do not buy anything, EZ tattoo is a much better company.

I've been using rotary pens for the past 8 years now and used many top brands and I truly say this machine works better than some most expensive brands.
Ill be buying a couple more.

I bought a cnc tattoo pen for my father 2 month ago, he said it works smoothly, and it delivered soon
Avoid! You get what you pay for! Don't cheap out!
I have gotten their Cncq2 machine and after about 4 months of me being an apprentice (done only about 10 small tattoos) the motor inside the machine fell apart.
They have quickly sent me a replacement machine (I was not given any other option) which is a warning flag but I thought it was very kind at the time. They know their machines are s**t and are ready to do this for you... The new machine came, the box it came in was a bit banged up but what worried me more was the strange new patch of sticky wet glue on the motor and discolouration on the inside of the machine.
I decided to run the machine and see if it run smoothly... Well you can see why this is a 1 star review... It has a crackle... Its not smooth... It actually sounds exactly as the old one. Sounds like wood burning on the fire.
Mentioned my worries and they haven't gotten back to me since.
Avoid this company if you are a good tattoo artist, they will buy nice reviews and silence the truth.
