Don't use their "Help" - just a waste of money.
The company is offering a help with immigration to Canada. Our experience was very bad.
1) They become very rude during the process. During the sale all is perfect, but after client pays some money, they become unresponsive.
2) After the sale is made and the process started, CN immigration starts to ask money for things that were "included" in the initial contract. Such as translations. The logic is very simple - you don't want to lose the money you've already paid us, do you? What will you do? Sue us?
Rude, unprofessional, understaffed and providing services that any English reading person can achieve by themselves for free.

1) Работники становятся грубыми после того, как клиент заплатил. Во время продажи все идеально, но после того, как клиент платит, уровень сервиса внезапно сильно падает.
2) После продажи и начала процесса CN иммиграция начинает запрашивать деньги за вещи, которые были «включены» в первоначальный контракт. Переводы, например. Логика очень проста - вы не хотите терять деньги, которые вы уже заплатили нам, не так ли? Так заплатите ещё. Или что? Засудите?
Грубо, непрофессионально, работников явно не хватает. И услуги предоставляют, которые любой читающий по-английский человек может получить самостоятельно и бесплатно.
