Extremely professional service
I was initially quite concerned about which company to choose to discuss my Will with due to the amount of adverts out there. However, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. My consultant was Gian Gill and he was extremely efficient, advising me on issues I had not thought of which I needed to take into consideration for my circumstances. He was friendly, polite and easy to talk to while maintaining the professionalism required for this job. Katie Ireland was excellent but her predecessors involved were very poor. At the start, information was lost between teams, had to be sent multiple times, sometimes we were sent some information by email, some in the post and often the instructions on the items received were different and were a repeat of information previously provided.

Great Estate Planning meeting with Gian. Very personable.Everything was clearly explained and he made us aware of a few points for consideration of which we hadn't previously thought. Would recommend the service, very straightforward and easy to apply/navigate.
