Great experience all round from booking to paying to the actual journey all great even got delayed on the way back just gave them the flight number and they sorted the rest we have got another trip for a bigger party with them in two weeks and couldn’t feel any more relaxed about the travel due to such a good experience

The entire process was simple and smooth. We would not hestiate to recommend Coach Hire Comparison.
We had multiple options to choose from and received quotes immediately. On the day, the bus arrived early, was nicer than expected, and our driver, Cameron, was professional, kind, and patient with us. There were no issues or stresses. We were taken care of very well.
We were taking wedding guests a few hours away and this experience set the tone for a wonderful day. I will come to this service again first the next time we need to rent a coach.

Very easy to get a quote and options very clearly explained to make an informed decision. I also received an email from Fin offering assistance if needed. To ensure I had everything correct, I contacted Fin by phone. It was a very friendly and helpful conversation offering extra guidance and everything confirmed by email thereafter. I would recommend dealing with this company.

Great communication, easy to get hold of! We had two different drivers both called Gary and both absolutely lovely, patient, helpful and friendly!
Only reason for the 4 star is it was a races day and is normal for minibuses to stay for the day which I did ask if was possible and was told it wouldn’t stay - so absolutely fine! But unfortunately minibuses can’t get back in the venue due to one way systems, which made it inconvenient for ourselves and Gary! Ideally would be great to have an option to pay a bit more for the comfort of minibus and driver to stay for the day to ensure pickup :)

We travelled with my nan who is a wheelchair user and has reduced mobility, the help and patience mohammed had with us was absolutely brilliant. He helped us more than we could imagine, always offered a hand for help.

CHC a long but comfortable journey!
The booking process was very easy. We went on a long journey to Leeds university from East Dulwich. Our bus driver Hasan was brilliant.
He arrived in good time was patient when we were waiting for 1 student. He was very accommodating and helpful. The minibus had air conditioning and blue tooth speaker which he let us use on the journey home. He made our journey very comfortable and I would not hesitate to use coach hire comparison again. They were also very reasonably priced.

Don’t use hallmark
Our driver on way to ascot run out of taco so we had to wait 30 mins for him to rest then we got lost going to the venue and was expecting to arrive 11.30/11.45 we got to venue at 13.20 then the driver said he wasn’t staying ? They usually rest and stay for the day so when we came out at 19.45 we were due to be picked up at 20.00 I called the company and they said the driver was at car park 2 when we were at car park 8 ? He got to us at 20.35 and then I had to guide him out as he had no phone service and my son had to give the driver hotspot to get us home would never use hallmark again seriously bad

School Prom Travel
Used this company to get a bus from our school prom and they were fab. Bus was there early so we had an efficient departure. Passengers were rowdy and loud but driver was very understanding and just let us have a good time. Will be using this if I ever need another booking.Special mention to our driver paul you were super friendly thank you!

Great service and value for money
It was easy to put in our request for transport and then receive quotes for various options. The communication for ‘fine tuning’ our needs was very good and we ended with the booking we wanted. It was helpful to have the details of the driver in advance of the trip so that any last minute issues could be communicated. The driver arrived at the right place and time and the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver did very well to adjust the route according to traffic delays so that the journeys were completed in time. I would definitely use this service again: great service and value for money.
