I have come across many 'dealers' who aren't as trustworthy or as virtuous as Coastal Koi which made me want to pack the hobby in all together. I now have been using Coastal Koi for years and continue to enjoy the hobby. They will discuss any queries you may have and give sound advice. They won't sell you a product that won't work with your system. All in all they are very helpful with great customer service skills.

I have been using Coastal Koi for several years. Occasionally Dave has phoned after I have put in an order clarify exactly what I wanted - ordered an Amalgum uv and non compatible replacement lamp, or offered a different (cheaper) equivalent for K1 kauldnes and a pond pump.
Always willing to give advice, competitively priced and very quick delivery.

I will start by saying I rarely make reviews.

First of all I found that the product I required was best priced with coastal koi. Quick delivery with tracking provided, this helps so much. I’ve waited many times for expected delivery’s that don’t turn up, which is incredibly frustrating.

Unfortunately, I had a manufacturers issue with the product which can happen from time to time at no fault of the re-seller. Dave at costal-koi responded to my concerns promptly via email and took a call to guide me through a fault finding process. Once Dave established the fault, he arranged for a replacement part to be sent out the same day. Exceptional customer service and very accommodating/friendly.

In a way I am glad that experienced the fault as I now know that I have yet another trusted source to purchase all my koi related products from in the future.
