Best tool for Ecom & Service on the market!

Honestly have been blown away by Coax.

Their product has massively exceeded our expectations, being a huge improvement on the more expensive software we were previously using.

It handles 95% of our business communication now from phones, texts, invoices/quotes and more. Everything is now integrated whereas previously we needed to check about 3 different locations for conversations & information about a customer's order journey.

But the standout for me has been the Coax team & their service, which has been second to none so far. They're constantly trying to improve the product and bring features that actually make a difference to our business.

I was hesistant at the start to convert across as the product sounded almost "too good to be true" but it has exceeded expectations in every way.

Avoid at all costs.

My experience with Coax was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. They failed to uphold basic business practices. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, they provided no transparency or accountability.

I expected mutual respect and timely communication for agreed-upon services. Instead, I encountered excuses, lack of communication, and an unwillingness to address their responsibilities. Their behaviour not only reflects poorly on their business ethics but also causes significant emotional strain to those involved.

If you're considering working with Coax, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution. Their lack of integrity and professionalism is a red flag for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy partners.
