Cobeads Reviews

I've been very happy with every order. Quality and prices good.

Always professional.
I have ordered more than 200 times and spent many thousands and never had any bad experiences.

I have used Cobeads since March 2023 and found them to be very efficient and have had no problems with them with orders generally taking 1-2 weeks. I highly recommend this site.

Took 6 weeks for order to arrive. When asked if they could check on status since order was sitting in LA. Kept getting same answer, please wait. After weeks waiting, ordered same beads thru PandaHall. PandaHall ordered arrived same day Cobeads. Only it took 2 weeks for PandaHall. Went thru Shanghai and Customs in days vs weeks with Cobeads.

They have a wide selection and offer lots of discounts, fast shipping when you order a lot.

I've shopped from here many times - packages have arrived in a reasonable time frame with all items. Only 1 parcel was delayed for a long period of time, but arrived eventually. Items come high quality and as described/expected 98% of times. I will continue to shop here.

For years, I have been a regular customer. Every product is of impeccable quality. Customer service is always up to date, they respond quickly, and they always find the most suitable solution to the problem. I hope we can continue working together for many more years. Thank you very much for the entire team's work. With their help, I now have a well-functioning online trading company. The many thousands of customers are convincing references to the excellent quality of the product and service.

Too hard to return wrong items! You haven't good working costumer service staff.
Or wrong return policy?
Not recommend!

All items have arrived safely and in good order and the sale goods are so good that it outways the postage. If you want a bargain take a look. Keep the items you order lite if you want to keep the postage down.

I found Cobeads last week while looking for "bubblegum beads" to make accessories for my shop. I ordered like 10 bags of beads which were already part of an amazing sale Cobeads had. (I believe even their regular price was on par if not better than most Amazon and Aliexpress offerings). And omg. the selection. So many colors, transparent, glitter, you name it! The thing that blew me away the most was how fast it got here. I live in the midwest US and wasn't expecting this order for another month. It got here in SIX DAYS since I placed the order! Everything is as pictured and pretty nice quality, I can't wait to get crafting!

I'm a huge fan of Cobeads. Over the last 3 months, I've put in several orders with them and have never been disappointed with their service or quality of their goods. To be honest, I prefer to purchase from Cobeads rather than places like Ebay or Amazon, even though I might receive my goods within a couple of days. The variety is vast and the prices reasonable. Sure, it can take two or three weeks for your items to arrive, but as long as you understand your productivity output, this won't be a problem.
Cobeads is a great supplier and now the only provider I go to for all my bead purchasing.

Beads arrived in good time and as described. Made a beautiful bracelet for my friend which she loved.

Very good selection of beads and charms. Great prices and excellent customer service as well. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Cobeads!

I was hesitant to order but everything arrived and the beads are perfect! They shipped like 4 days after ordering and arrived a week later. I loved the coupon system and free express shipping when you reach an order threshold. Im absolutely ordering again bc im using these beads so fast I love them so much

I made a large order, I think like 97% of it was prepared in a few days, the rest were completed less than a week after. One item was out of stock, they gave me the option to refund, or keep waiting. There was also a selection of other similar products they suggested that I could have bought at a discount but I just went with the refund. I think it took about a week to ship? It actually came early, it was supposed to come on a Monday, but I got it the Friday before instead, which was a nice surprise. Everything was well packed, great condition, and there. The quality of everything is great, I will order again.

Very happy with my order. The prices are very cheap and the quality is very good, I love making crafts and I can find everything on the cobeads web

I was very satisfied with my order. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I have not ordered from cobeads before, but the beads I ordered showed up on time and the packaging was very professional.

All of the products are great. Also the Sellers are very kind. Greetings from Germany 🙋‍♀️💎

I stumbled upon this website as I was searching for beading supplies and I had landed in a goldmine! I was so overwhelmed and excited by all of the products that I had so many tabs opened for a whole week! I browsed through every corner of the store and I am very surprised at how much they offered for such a competitive price. They have a lot of great quality items and I am already planning my next purchase! There are always deals and discounts so you won't have to worry too much about prices. The shipping and customer service were also very fast and I loved how easy communication was with the team! I highly recommend it!

Cobeads have pretty much all you could need in regards to crafts, jewellery making and more.
There is a huge choice of products, ranging from: molds, jewellery findings, beads, packaging, nail art and many other products.
The website is very user friendly and super easy to navigate and find what you are looking for ~ and loads of things you may not have realised that you needed!
The prices are very competitive. The listings are in a way so that it is very easy to see the prices, amounts that you can buy and also shows the weights of each item.
You have a huge choice of delivery options, in both timing and prices.
Once you place an order, you can keep up to date with how well your order is proceeding, by simply going to your account and clicking on your order. There you will find how much of your order that has been picked, wether by % number or which items are still to be picked. I was then sent a tracking number once my order was sent out. My orders have also been packaged well, came in timely fashion, quicker than the time advised when placing an order. There has been no damage and my package was well protected and carefully packaged.
I had to contact the customer service department, with regards to a courier issue and the customer service representative was super helpful and went above and beyond what was required of them, even though they could not actually do anything as it was not an issue on their part, and also followed up with an email to check everything had been sorted.
I can not praise this company high enough, if you have any sort of craft business, hobby or have any other creative requirements then this company will serve you well.
I came across this company by accident, I have revisited it many times since, intentionally.
