Fake vendor. This company does not exist. Paid for a bike via Apple Pay online. I received order confirmation but no bike. No response to e-mail. Telephone not connected. Showroom does not exist. Reported to credit card company and Action Fraud.

Scammers. Ordered a bike which they told me after wasn't in stock but still took my money. Asked for a refund and they just ignore you. DO NOT order from this scamming company with a show room that doesn't even exist as well! For the record if i could give zero stars I would!

I bought an Angsi folding mountain bike from Cobra Bikes UK for £263 a few months ago. If there was a beauty contest for mountain bikes the Angsi folding mountain bike would win hands down, it's an amazing design.

Sadly the look of the bike is the only positive point I have when dealing with this company. The front forks shake when I use the brakes. When I try to tighten up the nut, it slips and the metal is too soft for the Allen key. The wheels rub on the disk breaks and the bike steers to the left for some strange reason.

This is an international company with a Gmail account and fails to answer their company phone or act on the emails that I have sent. I received 2 emails saying that someone was trying to help me, but that was a few months ago.

I am trying to be positive about this company, but other than the look of the bike, I probably will not purchase from this company again.

In a nutshell, great looking bike, with poor service and very poor materials on the bike. Sorry, I'll give Cobra Bikes a 2 star rating.

I ordered a bike 6 weeks ago and it did not arrive. I have tried to make contact and they do not respond. Please don’t order they are scammers! £300

Bought an e-bike from them on their official website on 5th June 2023, said delivery was 3-5 working days, up to now still have not received my item. Tried to call them CONTINUOUSLY but no one picks up the phone. Went online to search more of Cobra bike and see all these negative reviews, now I'm very concerned and worried. Don't know what else I can do

Bought a bike first I came scraped and rust then after 2 time on it pedal came of rendering the bike useless tried contacting them and get no reply

Got ebike from this company and it is broken after emailing them for the last few weeks I've still got the bike also was promised a full refund but nothing from them told me that the money would be in my account and still nothing.i I would never buy anything from them again I'm also out of pocket by £849

I recently bought an ANGSI MONTBIKE folding front suspension mountain bike from this online shop COBRA BIKES and when I tested it I heard a clicking sound when riding.
It took a while to get a service engineer to test it and the report was not good, he said the rear wheel is not straight and the bearings were not greased and the bike is not fit for purpose.
There are chips in the paint on both wheels. I arranged a collection and XU ZHAO via shopify said 'send a picture of the bike packed to verify it meets the couriers packing rules', since then I have not received any reply from the via shopify email and there is no option to send pictures through his internet shop at COBRA BIKES.
I have no more patience for this company, I will take legal action if he does not comply with the statute. I complained before the time expired for refund and sent him an official assessment for the faulty bike that has been certified as having no visible EU/BS standard certification by a service professional and has been certified as not fit for purpose.
If COBRA BIKES does not collect and refund my cash by the 31 days he has to refund I will take legal action and this could involve the product being recalled because bikes must be road worthy under the law in England or the Police have the right to stop anyone riding it on roads and take the bike.
This bad transaction has delayed my travelling plans by 1 month and causing stress to me.
I should sue him for it. Not only is the bike not road worthy but when the courier failed to notify me of the time when it would be delivered I paid £15.50 to collect it from the courier depot, the bike was too awkward to carry in the box and the weight was a danger to my health because I have had a Hernia before and it could cause a Hernia to me carrying it to the train station and from the train station to the cab office. He refunded the costs for this at £16. I offered to pay for return costs and said he can refund a reduced amount at £223, the original price being £239.00

I have complained to shopify that this bike is restricted under the law.
Update: 21/04/2022
They have now refunded and I wait for collection.
