I had a similar supplier who were prepared to match Cocklestorm quote but it was Robs customer service which decided me to do business with Cocklestorm.

After getting rid of an old hedge, we needed some fencing putting for security and privacy. I called Cocklestorm and the next day we met Nigel. What a guy. He gave us a quick quotation and explained everything about the procedure. We explained our situation and he said he would see if he could get the job completed sooner. I then had the pleasure of speaking by phone to Hazel. What a lovely young lady. She sent all the details for deposit and confirmed a "latest by date". Well, the team came the day before the expected date to start the work. What a team. Very polite and explained what their timescale was for the day.
The best service Ive had in many years. Not only can I highly recommend them, my mums getting her fence done by Cocklestorm and the star team of Hazel and Nigel are on the job again.

Have used Cocklestorm's products for years but when storm Eunice split one of our concrete posts, they really came to our assistance. The post was cracked and in a dangerous condition but there was an added complication in that a previous neighbour had made alterations to their patio and a concrete block had been cemented to part of the post. We could not find a contractor willing to take on the job. We decided to ask Cocklestorm who came yesterday to replace the post. Martin and James did a splendid job and managed to extract the post with minimal effect to our neighbour's property. The lads were friendly and efficient and left everything neat and tidy. First time was 18 months ago, for fence panels only and I was impressed by the quality.

Very impressed with the service I have recently had from Cocklestorm. Unfortunately the fence panels I ordered were too tall. It was a very easy process to get them changed. The admin staff dealing with the request were very helpful and friendly, as was the delivery driver. I have since recommended them to others.

Ordering on line was quick and easy. The extra heavy duty panels are not the cheapest but the quality is excellent. I chose Cocklestorm panels because the old Cocklestorm panels had lasted 35 years. The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. What’s not to like.

I have used cocklestorm fencing on a number of occasions and have found their service exceptional. The products I chose was upvc fencing which has made a real difference to the look of my property. They are easy to fit even those panels that were mm too big, just by the use of a good saw cuts them to size. They are delivered when they said they are with excellent care given by their staff. If you are looking for a trustworthy company with excellent customer service, then don't hesitate to use them

Good product, delivery driver very helpful. Sorted out solo (4) 6ft x 4ft upvc panels in a afternoon using original concrete posts. Slot together so can work behind trees & bushes. No heavy lifting required.

Looking forward to low maintenance.
