Ordered Super Duty Waney Lap panels which were quickly delivered by their professional and friendly driver. I have tried different suppliers in the past and the Cocklestorm Super Duty panels are the best I've had.

We asked for a quite to start with. A surveyor was sent out within a few days, quote was received with a day of this. We were happy with the quotation and decided to go for the more expensive upvc panels, mainly because of the 10 year colour guarantee, but also because of the wider colour choice. We weren't expecting installation until after Christmas but a installation date was available within a couple of weeks, so we were extremely happy. On the day the installers Martin and James turned up on time, did a great job in the awful weather, and we're extremely polite and professional throughout. There was a couple of adjustments needed and Clare in the office was very helpful in resolving this straight away. All in all, its a great quality product, fitted very well and a superb customer service from the all the team at cocklestorm. We can't recommend them highly enough

Fantastic panels and the re straightening of the fence line was quick and efficient. I cant believe the weather was so bad and the guys did a brilliant job. A couple of adjustments had to be made due to a vent on my wall and the gate needed reducing. So tidy also. They will be returning to finish the adjustments but I can not express how good these guys are.

When I first started dealing with the company, I was delighted and felt this would be a five star review. The price was excellent, the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. I needed help with what to order and how much, and they were great. It was due to this that I ignored the relatively long delivery time.
The product arrived within the time scales and was great.
The issues came when the tradesman came to install it and we did not have enough. When I had ordered the product, I was unsure how much to order so gave Cocklestorm the measurements and took their advice. I was then told the delivery time would be the lengthy one again due to the distance. I didn't mind the mistake, we all make them, or waiting for delivery time again, as this can't always be helped.
The problem came with the new invoice. I was obviously aware I would have to pay for the extra materials we needed, and this extra coast was a mistake and couldn't be helped. However, the price of the delivery this time, was nearly as much as the order. When I queried this, I was told that new delivery charges had recently been launched on the website so that was what I had to pay. I spoke to a manager and the delivery manager and noone would budge on this.
My issues are:
- I was given the wrong amount despite being advised by the company
- I then had to order more and rebook the tradesman who was unable to finish the job due to the wrong amount
- When I ordered more, despite it not being my fault, I was expected not only to wait again, but to pay the nwe delivery charges, which were as much as the product!
Part of the reason the charges were so expensive I was told, was because I didn't meet the threshold for free delivery, as it was a smaller order. I did point out that if I had been advised correctly in the first place, two deliveries wouldn't have been needed. This fell on deaf ears.
From other reviews I have read, this company do make mistakes, like we all do, but seem to not be willing to put them right, it si down to the customer, which is in my opinion, unacceptable customer service, and for this reason, I will not be ordering again. Shame!

Thank you so very very much for delivering and fitting my new fence. I am over the moon with the work done. Both Jordon and Simon worked really hard and did a professional job. They came up with a solution to get the fence round a corner with tree roots of a fallen tree belonging to my neighbour that we were unaware of. They cleaned up after themselves which was not easy considering the wet weather we’ve had recently. They even picked me up when I had a fall. Thank you Jordon and Simon for everything. You are an asset to Cocklestorm.
